We will definitely return to the Holekamp Guest Haus! Joe and Ella enhanced our stay with their energetic ability to anticipate needs! Breakfasts were delectable and timely and conversation was lovely! Already scheduled our return visit! Thank you, Joe and Ella!

This was a girls' getaway for me with my two out-of-state daughters. We chose this establishment because there was a room that fit the three of us (not always easy to find), great reviews, and we love old houses. This did NOT disappoint! Our hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our room worked well and there are several common areas to sit (and in our case, play board games). My girls enjoyed the hot tub. The location between Boerne and Fredricksburg is great and it is not too far from San Antonio. We will definitely return if our travels bring us back this way. Highly recommend if you like old houses!

Wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful place. We loved the rooms, the amenities, the pool, the gracious hosts, etc., etc., Absolutely perfect! Each guest room was unique and beautifully appointed and had a private bath.

Where do you begin to describe a place, an experience, a vibe that exceeds your every expectation? Because once you drive up and get your first glace at this stunningly beautiful house, you know without a doubt, that you've ARRIVED!!! To describe the interior of the house would not do it justice. It is simply exquisite in every possible way. But, the grand cherry-on-the-top is meeting and falling in love with the owners, Ella and Joe!!! They will treat you like family or their long lost friend the moment you step into their house! They are truly the warmest, most genuinely good people you'll ever be lucky enough to meet.

The unit that we stayed in was incredibly awesome!. Basically brand new. The grounds are immaculate. It’s very safe. And the owners are wonderfully friendly.

Joe was great and greeted us! The beds were comfortable and even had a fireplace downstairs where you could watch tv and enjoy the surroundings! Just a great place
