Super location overlooking the lake. Close to everything. Check in staff very professional and friendly. Spotless clean. We have a room with balcony straight viewing the lake. We all love it. Breakfast area was comfortable. The best hotel service we can expect.

I chose this hotel after hesitating for a long time. I paid 50 Euro more to get a lake view room. Italian hotels are generally old. Although this one is older, the facilities and rooms feel relatively new. It was very comfortable to stay in and the breakfast was delicious. I can rest assured to book this hotel next time.

The hotel is in a superb location, facing Lake Como, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Lake Como Train Station and the cruise ship terminal. The front desk upgraded me to a lake view room for free, which was very much appreciated. The buffet breakfast was rich and delicious.

This hotel has a really great view.
Really beautiful view and friendly staff, so I had a good rest.
The air conditioner was so full that it was cold even in the middle of summer, so I turned it down a lot. lol
The breakfast buffet is basic, not a lot of variety, but clean. I want to come with my family next time.
