Great hotel, amazing lake view room (plz check photo attached) Room was small but okay for single traveler. All people were so nice and responsible. Breakfast was so good too! Would love to visit again :)

Wonderful staff and ideal location to visit the Como lake.

Perfect location, nice old building.Unfortunately works on the pier but appreciates words of the mayor on the room desk for apologies.
Music bar after the diner with nice cocktails. Big salons to relax.

Excellent structure, elegant location and very central position on the lakeside. Very kind and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast both for location and variety. unfortunately the room did not live up to expectations, double bed obtained by joining two single beds and bathroom equipped for the rather uncomfortable handicap.

Everything is perfect. The hotel atmosphere and location are truly unique. The only problem was that the wifi was disconnecting frequently, but everything else was an excellent hotel.

From the time I checked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and well-appointed and maintained. Excellent location, and I would stay here again when I come back to Como

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The initial room we were booked to seemed to have been previously occupied by smokers. Having specifically requested a non smoking room, we were provided with an alternative room swiftly. Mattia, who received us at the reception for check-in showed us to the room and made sure everything was to our liking.
Dinner was lovely and so was the breakfast buffet. The staff were very friendly at all times.

Only one thing i wasn't happy with.we would've liked to have had cocktails in the evening at the bar room wth the view but was told every night it was booked for dinner or parties.i paid for that part but wasn't able to use.
