Very nice

Even worse than airbnb

The room is nice, the scenery outside is great, the breakfast is OK, but the transportation is not very convenient: because it is a long drive to the exhibition, but if it is a family vacation, it is a good choice

There are only one slippers in the room, but I filled in two people's information when I checked in. There is only one bathrobe. There is no swimming pool in winter and spring. There is no heated swimming pool.

The location is good, the environment is very good, there are good swimming pools and hotel facilities, and the rooms are spacious and clean

Nice open view, clean room, good breakfast, great overall value

Quiet neighborhood, close to the ferry. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely return here if we were to come back to Como.

Great relaxing stay. Several cycling outings around Como and up to Bellagio. Staff very courteous and helpful Food was excellent. Will be back again

Property was great. Staff messed us around when we wanted to stay an extra night. We had a lot of time wasted and miscommunication. Didn’t end up staying longer.

Good location on the lake and overall a very nice hotel would recommend although we have extended our stay as we liked it here they have charged us a fair bit more on the nightly rate than our first few days which is a little unfair

Modern and clean- also had a pool! Walking distance to the ferry and a nice super market . Other then that, you need a taxi to the main part of town . The front desk was very helpful with that. The dining options at the hotel are great as well

Shower head was broken. Drainage was poor in the tub. Overall size small . Hotel is not cheap. One would expect better facilities for the price paid. Staff was very helpful though. Sheraton at airport is much better.

Indifferent at checkout, slightly disorganized. Good location and close to Cernobbio and some good restaurants. Concierge was terrible and quickly told the restaurant in the property (kitchen) was fully booked, so I proceeded to find multiple reservations at the Fork website within minutes of being told they had no availability. Most of the staff spoke very good English.
