We had to book last minute as Lake Como was a last-minute stop. The place was amazing, location perfect, like just perfect. Clean, nice, and the host is super welcoming, helpful, and super friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Super Service, super Lage

The service was good! The location is superb! Close to everything. Like the train, bus stations, the city centre and the lake. I slept like a baby and the owner was nice to me. I will definitely come back here again.

The person at this hotel was really welcoming and very flexible in terms of re-arrangement of my stay. He shared many great sightseeing places and directed the way to my room. The bathroom and shower room are shared with others, but they are clean and you still have a single your own room with such a resonance price.

It's so clean. The facilities are state-of-the-art. Very friendly. They provide information on major travel destinations and kindly explain the facilities. The location is also very close to the station. Hotel security is also very good. Highly recommended.

The appereance of the property is like not good, but inside it was clean and it is near every touristic place.. excellent location .

Check in neat and tidy. Although on second floor of a typical old Italian building overdue for TLC, it provided a comfortable bed in clean room. Shared bathroom was also clean. For me, the only hiccup was, I wasn’t able to lower the A/C, otherwise all ok.

The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to help. An outstanding service all round.

If anyone goes to Lake Como i highly recommend this place. IN RIVA AL LAGO means ON THE LAKESHORE. A wonderful wee bed and breakfast and very resonabily priced, 50m from the lake and near to all amenities. Simple accomodation but all we needed. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had a bathroom and a big hallway with a fridge freezer. Super clean, friendly staff, parking and Mario the owner is a wealth of knowlwge on the area. I will definately be back.

In Riva al Lago was easy to find and close to many restaurants and shopping in Como. Marta was helpful getting us checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were happy to have AC and a fan to cool us off during hot weather.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated that. Room doesn’t have much of a view but it was the best value for our family of 4.

I stayed in the Double Bedroom on the second floor. Zero hassle, it is super clean, ample breakfast items, 2 double glazed windows so there is no sound from the street, aircon cold, private toilet and shower very clean. It is a room inside and area where there are other rooms as well like the 4 person room so the only noise will be from other people in that area.

This property is a good location to explore Como. The rooms have everything you need for your stay, tea and coffee making facilities and a selection of snacks. Remember to book a parking space if driving as parking is limited.
