Everything was great. Service was exceptional.

The stuff is the nicest i have ever met. Welcome drink provided and the lobby is always busy. Good for solo travelers. Female room is very clean.

strategic location. walkable to the transport hub and to the lake. the hostel, the garden, the bar, the kitchen, the room, and the staff - all awesome!. my female room very comfy bed and clean as well. toilet inside yaa. perfecto

Beautiful hostel in a really good location - five minute walk from Como S.G. Station and five minutes from the ferry terminal. Super clean, great amenities and the staff were all sooo friendly. The hostel is a real social spot in the town, a lot of young faces and energy, even during the off-season. Would highly recommend!

I am convinced this is the best place to stay in Como! Already did some advertising and recommended it to a lot of people😅 I had a nice 6 people mixed dormitory with our own bathroom. Everyone was lovely!! ❤️ It was interesting having no actual keys to get to your room but I liked the app! I also stayed at Ostello Bello in Naples but I loved it more in Como :)

The hostel has an excellent location and nice outdoor seating It has a kitchen and a minibar Everything was excellent, only the cleanliness of the rooms was a little dirty

The room is very good. The roommates are very friendly. They can speak English relatively well and can communicate seamlessly.

Good hostel, near a supermarket and convenient location with the railway station. A bit overshadowed that my room was on the first floor with a window to the courtyard, it was pretty noisy even with earplugs ... And a rather modest breakfast compared to hostels for the same price. But the friendliness of the staff and convenient location sweetened these inconveniences.

Correct and well placed

There is a large supermarket nearby and the restaurant provides some free vegetable pasta to use, It's really good for friends who want to save money! Would be nice to have a free welcome drink please :) Good service attitude!

I would rate this Hostel as one of the best i have been so far in Europe! The vibes and the energy of the people working here is something else! The guest are also very desent i it's easy to find people to hang out. I really liked the kind welcoming at the reception when i first arrived for the check in, the complimentary drink, the free amenities like the travel toothbrush, toothpaste, earplugs, hand and body shampoo and the sleeping eye mask on the counter. The high tech through the app "Goki" is also one of the top characteristics of this place. It makes the stay safe and the entrance very easy as you don't have to worry about losing your keys for example. I felt safe and welcome all the way until the last day of my stay. The rooms are clean, modern and cozy. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because they could improve some stuff. Because this is an expensive hostel it would be better to add privacy courtains on each bed, and make some repairs in the rooms like the window courtain which was falling down and the shower wire which was leaking water from the wire. I also didn't like the extra fee for a single towel and the lock for the lockers which were large and very nice by the way. For such a nice and pricy hostel it would be more suitable to have our beds already made for us and and not having to make our beds and add the bed sheets on our own after a long trip to get here. I made friends here, felt like home and i would definitely come back :)
