This is a hotel. It's too far away from Lake Como, and there's nothing in it. A failed reservation. The next morning, there was an incident with breakfast. I booked breakfast, but I wasn't allowed to eat it when I came down and said it wasn't available. , I am speechless with this front desk. This can be a mistake. Anyway, I will never book again in the future. I am very dissatisfied.

We stayed one night with breakfast, 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was great, the room was clean, quite big, uncomplicated and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had enough things on the buffet. Price and performance was right. Would recommend.

The hotel is a wreck. Bad service. Atmosphereless room and view of construction site. Hotel is located in a slum. Far from center. Bad service. Arrogant. The price quality is downright bad. Complaining to the hotel results in arrogant reactions. Stay away.

Hotel located outside the city center but bus stop 200m away, train station 2km away. Large room, well appointed, with a balcony overlooking the park. Really peaceful. Comfortable bedding. Large shower room. Buffet breakfast with lots of choice, space is limited but pleasant. Possibility to take it outside. The staff at the reception speak French and are very dedicated. Still work for 2 buildings, I hope everything will be finished soon. I highly recommend!

Really great place, each room has a balcony or access to the garden, delicious breakfast and friendly service :) the location is far from the center, but we paid only 12 euros for a taxi to Lake Como. Low price for the hotel compared to those hotels closer to the center, so it is worth choosing this hotel :)

Very spacious room with a beautiful new bathroom. There is air conditioning! New TV. Comfortable beds. Covered garage where you can park and also space to park outdoors. Super comfortable. Very welcoming and clean! Very kind staff. Advised :)
