Me quedé una sola noche. Personal muy amable y atento. Variedad en el desayuno. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Concepción. El tamaño de la habitación y el baño eran grandes, aunque en el baño había una tina no cuentan con tapón para llenarla (pregunté también en recepción). Variedad de muebles (closet, escritorio, tocador, etcétera). Cama muy cómoda. La habitación estaba limpia y no perdí ningún artículo. Las instalaciones son lindas y bastante grande el hotel, muy tranquilo el hotel y sector.

We booked into here for 2 nights rest on our journey south to Chiloe Island. We wanted an extra days rest before we got back on the road. Unfortunately the only place we really wanted to go and see (Parque Isadora Cousin) was closed on Monday's) : [ The rest of the area for folks like us was uneventful. The pluses are the lady at check - in was very accommodating as was the waitstaff at the restaurant. The included breakfast is decent however the coffee is kinda weak ! I found some instant close by that I would add an extra spoonful to make it palatable ! The price was very reasonable and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good room in Concepcion.

Me había quedado otras veces y lo había encontrado cómodo. Ahora hice mi reserva y cuando llegué la recepcionista me había cambiado del 6 al 7 piso a una habitación en un rincón horrible malo húmeda y muy helada. El baño no está en óptimas condiciones hasta se corta la luz si se usa el secador de pelo. Les aconsejo si viajan pedir el 5° o 6 piso habitaciones que den a Ohiggins. La recepcionista no fue muy amable y la administradora que estaba ahí a las 18:10 dijo que ya no estaba disponible. Y nadie de remplazo.

Viajé con mi hija de 6 años a Concepción y por la ubicación elegimos este Hotel. La verdad es que los ascensores y mobiliarios estaban limpios, pero muy deficientes e inseguros. La habitación fue espaciosa, pero con mucho ruido y lo peor es que no tienen ningún tipo de calefacción o aire acondicionado. los 2 dias nos congelamos de noche, lo que no fue nada agradable. El desayuno aceptable, pero poco variado. El estacionamiento muy estrecho y pequeño (si no alcanzas espacio, perdiste). Después de la segunda noche, nos fuimos a otro alojamiento. Definitivamente muy caro para lo que te entrega ellos y la competencia por ese precio.(ni siquiera tiene Bar)

Nos quedamos solo una noche. Check in fue rápido. al igual que el check out. El estacionamiento es un poco chico. Me toco la habitación 342 ( la puerta de acceso estaba un poco descentrada) . la habitación estaba limpia, al igual que el baño. con cafetera y agual mineral. No ví aire acondicionado. Hay que ver las habitaciones que esten disponibles en otros pisos cuando hay artistas. Me toco que en la pieza de al lado estaba Pablo Chi-le y Aka420.
