This is an amazing place to stay! Staff is wonderful, as are all amenities. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back next year, in the Fall. Rooms are comfortable and clean, we had a King Suite, State side view.. Parking is easy and you’re given a free pass..Beverages and snacks apron arrival and a commentary breakfast~

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel. We were given a parking pass for overnight parking, yet we still received a ticket. We also found blood all over the comforter. When I brought these issues up to the desk, they couldn’t seem to care less. We were really nice about everything too. This hotel does not care about guest experience.

Easy friendly check in gourmet coffee and cookies at the concierge desk. Very nice use of building business offices along with the hotel inside the main building with a shared parking garage is easy to navigate. Nice workout room in the basement the rooms are quiet and comfortable with a large bathroom for getting ready in the morning. You also get daily cleaning in your room. Excellent on-site restaurant for dinner. Adequate breakfast in the morning. It was a little bit odd with several emails urging me to check in early and when I tried to do it it wanted me to put in quite a bit of information I'd already given them such as name address last four credit card and then wanted my date of birth there's no way I was giving that to them. And then on the last day of the stay starting at 6:00 in the morning you get bombarded with emails asking you to check out.

My spouse and I stayed one night to see a show at the Capital Center. The location was ideal, with restaurants and cute shops close by. Our room was huge, spotless, and with great views. The attached parking was convenient, but don’t bother looking for space on the level three entrance to the hotel- it is all reserved for area businesses. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I'd really hoped to give Hotel Concord a 5-star review. But, alas, the issues kept piling up. First, the positives: Great location in downtown, clean rooms, spacious shower, friendly reservation (lady) the day I checked in, well-stocked, chocolates on the pillows, a fridge for leftovers and an airtight room. Even with a room facing downtown, it was still plenty quiet. Great full length mirror. Now for the negatives: Difficult parking situation (not very handicap or injury accessible). I have a torn meniscus. I had to find/pay for a place to park in front of the hotel to checkin/unload. Then drive around to the garage and hope to find an empty/unreserved spot on 3A. Got lucky because it was a Tuesday but there were few spots on that level (which connects to the hotel) that weren't reserved for other businesses. And getting things back to my car was even more difficult. The bed is so firm, it's like sleeping on the floor. Took forever to fall asleep and then woke with back, hip and shoulder pain. One small pillow was too firm. All the large pillows were too soft. Had to stack pillows and sleep width-wise to get comfortable. The desk chair is very narrow. If you're a curvy person, it squeezes your hips. I had to move to the lounge chair and stack pillows to create a workspace. Height of counters are too high for petite people. I'm 5'2" and the bathroom counter was just below my chest. The height of the shower cubby is also high. Fortunately, the shower head is adjustable. I went down for the breakfast, included in the pricey room rate, expecting a great buffet. Not only was in no better than your typical Holiday Inn breakfast, the fire wasn't lit under the bacon and eggs, so everything was cold. Didn't realize it until I put it on my plate and there was no microwave to heat it up. Said something to the morning reception desk guy. He didn't offer to take it to the kitchen to eat it up. Had to toss the whole plate of cold bacon and eggs. By the time someone came and found matches to light the heaters under, I'd already made myself some toast. Very disappointed and don't feel this place was worth the money.

I booked this expensive hotel with the expectation to have a good nights sleep before attending an important event. Unfortunately I was unable to fall asleep, as did my boyfriend who I was with. We both realized that the quality of the pillows was so bad and unsupportive, that it was preventing us from falling asleep. I reported this issue to the front desk during check-out, and after apologizing, they casually mentioned that I am not the first person to have complained about the pillows. Well if I’m not the first person to have reported it, then I wonder why management doesn’t change the pillows?

The staff was pleasant. Our room was elegant and comfortable. We appreciated the stylish coffee mugs and drinking glasses. It was helpful to have the refrigerator (which was hidden inside a cabinet). The modern shower with handheld shower wand was a great way to start the day and the provided bath products smell lovely.

Only laudatory words to describe our experience at The Hotel Concord! The property is magnificent, so beautifully furnished, lushly comfortable and a secure, tranquil refuge . Immaculately clean! Every team member we encountered was an outstanding ambassador. So quiet! Never heard a door close or voices. (And it was max capacity.) The attached parking garage and delicious full breakfast were huge pluses. We are seniors who enjoy day trips from a central location. We were able to completely explore Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont from central Concord. The hotel is within only a few miles of several major interstates. Its reputation as THE New Hampshire hotel of choice for visiting presidential candidates and their entourages held true for us. On our second morning there, the huge bus was right below our window. Encountering the candidate and exchanging greetings gave us a great story to share when we got home to North Carolina. STASH properties are always the best!

The hotel was amazing and the day staff was amazing. The night staff tried hard to make us as uncomfortable as possible and was actually frightening - first we were told we had to go downstairs to get the champagne we ordered. I called back to question that and was told they could deliver it to our room but the hotel was out of champagne and only had wine. When I asked what kind of wine Lucas said I don't know I don't drink wine so I asked if he could find out and he started reading a list with a side order of attitude. We did get wine to our room. Then he woke us up at 3am saying he had received a noise complaint (we were sleeping). Then we woke up to no electricity in our room and all our electronics dead. It was restored 2 minutes after we called - a breaker had gotten thrown - it was on at 3am because I looked at the clock. Greatly disturbed by this I emailed the hotel - no response. Then I called and was assured that the person they were sending me to would help me. I left a message - no response - this was several weeks ago
