Courtyard Concord

Loved the salt water pool. So different and unique!

We arrived late at night on October 8. The clerk did not check ID. She just handed us keys. This is a very large hotel and when we asked about where to park and where the room was, the description was “back there”. The bed seemed very wrinkled, like someone had been lying on it and the sheets were wrinkled. This could be due to the comforter nature of the bedding. The bed was comfortable. We were put in an ADA room (not requested) and I noted that the shower gel,shampoo and conditioner were at adult standing eye level which would be challenging for someone in a wheelchair to access. Breakfast the next day: one very harried woman was taking orders and preparing food and serving. She said there would be a delay since she was by herself. They were out of oatmeal. I asked what was fastest to order and she said it didn’t matter, there were still five orders ahead of me and a line of people behind me. Lots of very irritated people since wait was at least 20 minutes for simple food. They should just do grab and go muffins if they can’t serve quickly at a business hotel. I would not stay here again.

Rooms decor horrible very old looking. Rounded desk counters not good. We had no coffee maker in the room even though there was coffee to brew. The sheets where peeling and worn. The bathtub had rust along the grout. No makeup mirror. I am a Bonvoy member have been for years. Never experienced this in any other Marriott before

This trip was just a stop on our way to northern New Hampshire. We have stayed in a lot of Marriotts, but this one was the most run down and dirty of all ot them. The staff were rude and the place was very run down. The only positive thing I can say, the woman working in the Starbucks cafe was really nice.

Lovely staff, nice lobby, good food and nice sized rooms. My only complaint was in the bathroom. The lights are dim and the shower curtain liner was more discolored than I was comfortable with. I appreciated the shower gel and shampoo and conditioner available in pumps for our use. There was only one small towel rack and a slightly askew hook on the back of the door. Room had plenty of workspace, a fridge, got nice and cold at night and had a comfy bed. There is an outside area with tables and chairs to relax in nice weather. Every single staff member I met was friendly and helpful. There is a small bistro on site for the morning and evening crowds. I had a little food and drink there, but also ordered food delivery because I wanted some local, less expensive food.

I noticed some sort of stains on the wall and near the wall socket and bed. When I called down the front desk was no help. And moving rooms would take too much time. I reached out after stay and got nothing. I’ve reached out a few times. 0 is fitting

I recently reserved this hotel as I was traveling to Vermont because my dad had passed away. The weather was bad and I had to stop halfway and researched a local Marriott which had decent reviews and was right off the interstate. I have never stayed in a more filthy hotel...the carpets were in dire need of vacuuming, the elevator floor clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. The rooms were extremely outdated and the bed looked like it had been slept in and the duvet pulled up. The seats in the dining area were ripped and the entire hotel just was extremely unkempt. If it hadn't already been after 11 PM with inclement weather, I would have packed my things and gone elsewhere, but unfortunately I had no choice but to stay. I would not want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. Do not stay here.

I stay in a lot of Courtyard for business travel, and this one stood out in one way. The staff! The front desk and the person working at the Starbucks were all very friendly and helpful. In the morning I went down for coffee a half an hour before it opened. At most hotels you'd be out of luck, but the woman at the Bistro here cheerfully made me a cup of coffee even though she'd just arrived herself. I really appreciate that. The hotel is under construction right now, I had one of the rooms that was already updated. I really like the new style in these updated Courtyards, with a small comfortable couch with "TV" type table to work or eat on, and the large desk with a pull our table. Plenty of space and laid out well.

SO noisy. Wedding or some function. Noise until well after midnight. Men shouting to each other up and down the corridors for hours. Loud music echoing through the walls. Someone tried to get into our room. So bad. Almost no staff at hotel, so no extra towels, sheets or blankets available. No coffee or breakfast unless you pay at Starbucks in the foyer. Postage stamp size pool. Do yourself a favor: choose somewhere else if they have an event on.
