I chose the Centennial since it was close to Concord Hospital, and the staff was great! Very kind, gave us tips on what to do in the area and where to eat. The room wasn't as clean as we thought however; there were large furballs (dog hair) around the room; you could tell housekeeping didn't pay attention to detail before we checked in (and yes, my husband mentioned this to housekeeping/staff). The TV broke and then randomly started working again, which was pretty odd. Overall it was a pleasant stay but I would warn other travelers to beware of room cleanliness! Restaurant on site was great for dinner and the continental breakfast was also great!

The Centenial is a really cool looking building of a different era. The staff and management were all very nice to deal with and I'd go there again in a heartbeat when in the area.

We could not control heat or AC and that was a problem. Second, the continental breakfast was awful with next to no food and most of the items were gone. They had some bagels but no cream cheese. Also they refused to open up tables to sit and we were forced to sit in high top tables. We have a son with a disability and we saw an elderly couple struggling as well. They need to spend some attention on this.

Dirty room. Broken tv. Staff is great, but cleaning has gone down in the past year. Hairball in shower drain, used soap in the shower. Visiting family in Concord. This was the most disgusting visit so far. Used to be a great clean hotel. It is not longer to previ standards.

This is a nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The morning continental breakfast was very good. The location was great. Our sleep quality was good and the Wi-Fi worked well. I did have a few very minor things that were negatives. Pillows were a bit flat, water pressure in the shower was on the low side, and the TV in our room didn't work well for us. It seemed to fade in and out.
