The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the center of MONZA. When you arrived and checked in, there was no one to help with your luggage, and the front desk did not actively greet guests to welcome them. The water pipes in the shower room in the room are leaking everywhere, and the hot water temperature is not enough. I get hot when I take a shower. Close by to Aldi and Maccas. Underground parking was a bit annoying as it was a very steep driveway and instruction were not too clear on how to get out. Staff at the concierge weren’t that pleasant to deal with. Our window had to be slammed hard shut to allow us to have the AC on which is fair but our window really had to be pulled hard to have it completely shut. Nevertheless clean and spacious.
