The room is damp...the breakfast is disappointing...there is nothing to eat...I don't want to stay in the room. The hotel is overall low

#positive #I was happy with the Nearby Activities, Soundproofing, Nearby Restaurants, Room Size, Nearby Shops, Natural Light in the Room; The location of the hotel is very good. It is located on Condado Road. There are many delicious restaurants here, including several Chinese restaurants. It is also very close to the beach and ******. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We moved to a homestay in the ancient city in the next few days, and our stay was not as comfortable and convenient as this hotel. So next time I come to San Juan, I will choose this hotel again. Great location and staff, breakfast exceeded expectations. Only con could be a small bathroom but that didn't bother us.

Great location, great price, great beds, great AC. Average facilities. Shower water pressure and temperature were terrible.

It was good. We liked that it had breakfast included and they did change the menu up a little each day. The location is great close enough to walk to the beach and take advantage of the beach club access that's included as well 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.

Nice hotel- friendly staff and easy to check in. The hot breakfast was filling and delicious.

The room was fairly clean but the sheets were damp and it smelled musky. In the morning our water was ice cold in the shower. Overall this was a horrible hotel for almost $300 a night. I would not recommend staying here.

Overall property is good and well located. Need to work on water pressure and hot water.

Close to everything, nice personnel except the late night woman from valet parking, didn’t even get up to pick up my keys, just sitting down and on her phone.

Not so. checking in was great. Nice people. The lobby was small but nice. The room was small and clean. The floor tiles were cracked, but okay, I guess. We did not have hot water for 3 days. Each morning, we reported the issue. The desk was "oh so sorry we will take care of that". We checked out and went to neighboring hotel.

Ac was loud all night. Staff were ready at 8am to get ppl out to clean rooms when check out is at 12.

Nice staff. Rooms a bit smaller than expected. Great breakfast and staff, especially Victor. Comfortable bed, wish the hot water got hot in the morning, didnt til much later in day, so a very lukewarm shower both mornings was disappointing. Area by hotel very nice, many restaurants, shops.
