First, when we arrived it took them a while to finish our check in, also , cleaning services showed up only once during the whole week , we had to ask for water bottles and the towels, also we had to throw the garbage.
Second, the breakfast was good, with many choices , everything was fresh and tasty.
The room was spacious and clean. The location is good, the hotel is surrounded by different shops, taxis are available all the time .

Om maar gelijk met de deur in huis te vallen, die hotel is zwaar over de datum. Tapijten vies en smerig, overal achterstallig onderhoud zichtbaar en personeel wat niet echt service gericht is. Na aankomst in de kamer, bleek er geen wifi signaal. Bellen naar de receptie en die zouden iemand sturen. Nooit gezien. Uiteindelijk naar beneden gelopen en daar wist men te melden, dat er problemen waren met de wifi in heel het hotel, maar dat er aan gewerkt werd. Een etmaal later was er nog niets veranderd. Ontbijt haalde net een voldoende, het dinerbuffet niet. Betalen met de creditcard bleek in principe te kunnen, maar de pinapparaten waren of stuk, of de accu was leeg. Belachelijk, dat je na 20 minuten wachten, nog niet hebt kunnen betalen.

They knowingly overcharged us when we arrived (only a couple of pounds, but still!), checkin was slow, cigarette holes in furnishings, had to ask three times to get third bed, so not what you expect from Novotel. Location is great. (Breakfast might have been great but we didn't have it.)

Une honte pour un hotel qui se dit 4 etoiles. Durant mon séjour en Algérie je n'ai jamais vu une chambre dans cet état. Aucune empathie, aucun geste, aucune réponse de la direction. J'ai choisi de réserver au novotel au vu des commentaires catastrophique de l'ibis (colle au novotel) cependant l'hygiene y etait tout aussi rudimentaire. Une forte odeur de tabac dans cet chambre non fumeur (dans tout l'etage y compris), des sanitaires dans un état lamentable, des cendres au 4 coins de la chambre, une moquette sale avec des détritus. Si vous désirez passer un bon séjour apportez avec vous vos propre produit de nettoyage et effectuez le vous même. Nous avons quand même attendu 45 min à l'arrivee que la chambre soit prête pour la trouver dans cet état. Petit dejeunez convenable Le seul point positif etait l'emplacement de l'hôtel idéal pour visiter la ville de Constantine

Hôtel plutot bien situé. Chambre spacieuse, petit dejeuner complet. Nettoyage des chambres moyen, les poubelles sont vidées, les serviettes changées, le lit fait. Mais j’aurai préféré que ma chambre soint aspirée plutot que de changer mes serviettes tous les jours. Personnel vraiment pas souriant a l’accueil et au restaurant. Les plus souriants sont les agents de sécurité. A améliorer

No me alojé en el Novotel, sino en el Ibis, pero hice uso de los servicios de restauración de Novotel y, en particular, de su bar. Ahí está Faysal, un barman muy profesional, muy amable, muy atento a los detalles... que nos puso música de cantantes españoles todo el tiempo. Gracias, amigo
