Holiday Inn Express & Suites Conway

This was a great place to stay.

I didn't get to stay because my truck broke down. And you would refund my money. Didn't have any extra money to get a hotel where is was broke down and had to stay in my truck. So you guys suck.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn a few times before. Unfortunately this wasn't the best experience. I got a suite because I was bringing my mother. The room was supposed to have a balcony, it didn't and the TV wasn't working. I don't think the TV was the hotels fault but paying more, we expected more. The breakfast wasn't very good either. The room was clean and the staff were nice. I always love the beds at any Holiday Inn. I do think the rooms are overpriced for being behind a Walmart. When the hotel next to it is so much cheaper.

This is just not as good other Holiday Inn Express hotels. They did have any cold water or coffee in the lobby. The furniture was a bit old. Most of the usb connectors for charging didn’t work. Conveniently, they never asked for a review. I won’t be going back there.

The hotel seemed very new. It was clean with comfortable beds, good pillows and awesome sheets.

Everything was great, maybe a couple of more towels in the room? The hotel was recently renovated and breakfast was good.

Love this place will definitely stay again

We had a room on the second floor. We had what sounded like a herd of buffalo in the room above us. We waited until after 10:00 to call the front desk only to find out the phone in the room didn't work. We called from cell phone and they said they would take care of it. This went on until approx 1:00 AM and then started again approx 6:30 AM. We were very disappointed in the hotel allowing this behavior. We stay at Holiday Inns regularly, but this will be the last time.
