amazingly big room as well as spacey bathroom with a tub. Comfortable matress, easy parking. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The surroundings are so green and quiet. Cookstown is only a few miles away with a supermarket snd a few shops.

Absolutely beautiful B&B,Spotlessly clean.Bed very comfortable. Very sociable Hostess,Breakfast was delicious and served to a very high standard. Stayed one night with my sister but would have no hesitation in returning. Views lovely and near to Drum Forest.

I stayed at Manor View for one night to attend a family funeral in the area. Every aspect of my stay here was first class. Anne is a lovely host, warm and welcoming and she cooked me the best Ulster Fry I've had in decades! Her home made jam and marmalade on the breakfast table and the shortbread in the room were beautiful. My bed was very comfortable and everything was so clean and fresh. The view from my bedroom over the immaculate lawn was the stone arch entrance to Drum Manor, a place I walked with my Grannie 50 plus years ago. I would recommend this guest house to anyone - families, couples and solo travellers. You are guaranteed a super warm welcome and wonderful accommodation and hospitality. Thank you Anne and William.

I travelled to the Cookstown area for business and after looking at different B&B’s in the area selected Manor View, I’m so glad that I did as this is one of the best I have stayed in. The bedrooms are large and spacious along with having very comfortable beds. the shower I can only describe as wow, what I way to wake you up. The breakfast each day was fantastic and there are so many choices. Anne is the perfect host and was kind enough to do some washing for me, thanks Anne. When back in the area again I will be looking at staying here again.

Absolutely lovely B&B, very professionally run yet super friendly. Comfy beds, lots of little extra touches b like homemade shortbread, tea, coffee, toiletries etc. Every little detail is thought out to make you feel super welcome. Beautiful house and grounds

As always staying at Manorview was a wonderful experience. Anne is a great host and makes you feel like nothing is any trouble. You are welcomed with ease and shown your room, breakfast menu is laid out every evening for you to chose and you can adjust as needed to your dietary needs. The beds are comfortable and the the room is basic but all that you need is there tv, hairdryer and a lovely warm shower. There is a lounge you can sit in for those rainy days. I have stayed here twice now and will always go back.
