Absolutely incredible everything was so perfect the quirky style and happy atmosphere was outstanding. The service and staff are friendly happy and helpful with great insight into the history of the hotel and local culture and business we can’t wait to stay again soon

Super aesthetic place to stay!

I love the retro vibe, it feels like you’re stepping back to those laid back beach days. The room is unique and hip and everything including how the bar fridge is stocked is totally unique. If you love boutique, you’ll love this place! Plus the roof too is amazing for chilling out and enjoying the view. Highly recommended.

I have lived in the house a few times💕I like this style very much...the location is also quite good...the room is large, the yard is unique, and the overall price is very high...I will stay again in the future👌

Great location right in front of the beach. The rooms are stylish, cute and comfortable. However, there is no elevator, so if you are staying on a higher floor, you will have to carry your suitcases and luggage up the stairs.

The pink hotel was welcome U and the staff was friendly and helpful and management could not do enough to help me out and the motel was excellent to try and the excellent prices and customer service excellent and the room was fresh and clean and clean towels and sheets every day and best motel at the Goldcoast

I’ve meant to write this for a bit, but better late than never. I stayed 3 nights in April at the Pink Hotel and if you stay anywhere else in Coolangatta, you have no idea what you are missing. The room was fabulous, well-appointed with a really comfy bed and fun decor. It was a perfect location walkable to everything in the area. Samara was amazing. She helped me with my luggage, called a cab for me when I sadly had to depart and was very welcoming and helpful. The rooftop is a fun space and the beach is literally steps away. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful location with really funky cool rooms. Staff were lovely. Aircon was positioned in a weird spot and there was no ceiling fan so it was really hot at night in November. There’s no designated parking for the hotel. There are a few parks directly outside if you’re lucky to get one but that was probably the one thing that would stop me booking there again. The location itself was great being able to walk across the road to the beach and with all the restaurants right there. It was a bit loud late at night with the bar below.

Such a cute place. It's a motel that's been renovated with a cool, fun vibe. It is not luxury. But the bed and pillows were great, the shower had very strong water pressure, and the rooftop was nice for a beer.

A unique, fun and quirky hotel that is brilliantly located on the beach and next door to some great restaurants and cafes. My daughter and I went up for a quick get away and loved it. I recommend going down to Eddie’s Bar at the ground floor of the hotel for some great beer and burgers - also some great music

The rooms are so original and simply 'great fun'. Nothing dull or generic here. Really feels like being on holiday and we made the most of the roof top area, which was such a treat. Great views, great vibe and the staff are amazing. I left a special silver necklace and Samara and The Pink Team really went to great lengths to try and find it. Although it was not located at that time, the necklace was returned to me by registered post approx 2 weeks later. How brilliant is that? I would totally recommend this hotel for an enjoyable, unique experience. Thank you again to The Pink Team.

We loved our night in the Artist Suite, It is very retro, loved the decor including the pinball machine and the flamingo bathrobes. We stayed on a Friday night so the music from the bar downstairs was loud. We knew that would be the case so we were ready to dance the night away in our suite...and we did. If you don’t want the noise don’t book this suite, but if you want to have some fun and don’t mind some music until midnight-ish i highly recommend it. (Music was blues/rock). Good recommendations were provided for the local area and the breakfast menu provided for in room service (from a local cafe) is great. The rooftop bar is available even when it isn’t open for service for guests to hang out overlooking the beach. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly, and the whole place has a fun vibe. Highly recommended.

My first stay here in early November 2022 was wonderful… so I rebooked their best suite “the artist room” for myself & 3 other friends for my birthday wknd mid February 2023. Sadly my friends and I just cancelled the whole booking because of the rude reception afforded me as a returning guest. I was not impressed at all with the customer ‘Service’ I received from the female assistant manager over the phone or messages when making basic rooftop & Eddie’s grub house table inquiries for my booked weekend and birthday plans with friends. Katie’s tone & approach was very unwelcoming and made me feel super uncomfortable on the phone. She was argumentative and talked over me, with a pleasant fake sounding apology at the end when I said I didn’t appreciate it. As a returning guest paying $1500 I expect better service and polite demeanour from hotel staff. Will not be keen to spend my hard earned money here if staff lack welcoming helpful communication skills when speaking to guests. There’s no need for it and it really puts people off. It’s not that hard to be friendly, problem solving in a gentle approach, communicate clearly or be polite and helpful toward guests - I worked in hotels and hospitality for over 15 years and I would never treat a guest that way. This was going to be a wonderful birthday weekend with a few friends and now we have to make other arrangements which is disappointing as the hotel itself is wonderful. Such a shame as the hotel suites and experience the first visit was spectacular. Really dissatisfied and won’t be able to book anything else now, I booked a few months in advance. Thanks 👎🏽
