I wasn’t expecting much from Comfort Inn, but our 4-night stay was an absolute disaster. Our room wasn’t cleaned even once, despite begging the front desk for housekeeping. They promised to send someone, but nobody ever came. To make matters worse, the AC barely worked, leaving our room feeling gross and humid. Then, during our last night, it rained. At 1:30 am, I woke up to a dripping sound and found water leaking from the ceiling onto my charging laptop. We were on the top floor! (Have a video but TripAdvisor only allows photos) Luckily nothing happened to my belongings cause they would have gotten something worse besides a 1 star review. This place is a complete dump. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. It's not worth the savings to stay in this place.

The room had a Horrible smell. The pool was not open until 4 PM. , which is ridiculous. The manager was totally not available. Do not stay there. Not a good location either. I would have given it zero stars if I could have. BE WARNED, do not stay there.

I would never stay here again. The rooms were disgusting. Half-eaten food in the nightstand, empty water bottes on the floor near the window. The bathroom was dirty and only had a half of a roll of toilet paper. We had to go ask for more. The walls and doors had paint patches all over them. The man who checked me in was extremely rude and unprofessional, never asked for an ID, never asked if I wanted the card charged that I reserved the room with, just went ahead and charged it. There are plenty of other hotels to choose from in this area, pick a different one.

The Inn needed a complete update. While they accepted dogs, there was no advertisement as to the cost for the night. The grounds where one could walk ones dog were littered with debris and near the swimming pool, there was what looked like broken glass spread on a considerable area. Basically nauseating to be in that area. The bathroom floor was poorly cleaned, the handle to the room was not cleaned, and I had to clean the top of the side nightstand and the top of a bureau in front of the bed. The most positive thing I will write was that the lady - Alicia-at the front desk was a treasure. Most pleasantly helpful on the couple of occasions I needed her assistance. Thank you Alicia!

Do yourself a favor and pay 10 bucks more for a cleaner more updated stay. The place needs updating. I will say the bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was gross. The tp holder didn’t work apparently - because an open roll of tp was sitting on top of holder which looked like it had t been cleaned in a long time - sitting right next to toilet I can only imagine what was lurking there. Had ti open a fresh roll of tp. We were only there for an overnight stopover but would never go back - lots of better options in area that put a priority on consistency of accommodations.

So the room was quite roomy however very outdated needs a deep cleaning was hoping for the advertised indoor pool which was empty of water. Breakfast was horrible. Bathrooms were not good.The WiFi was non existent

Absolutely awful. Dirty, run down and nasty. Avoid this place at all costs. We checked in and had dead bees and live bees in the room, mold around the windows, broken tiles, thrift store furniture, dead spiders and finger nail clippings on the bathroom counter. And don't expect a refund. I've been trying to get a hold of the manager for 5 weeks for a refund.

This place needs to be updated. The room has been half painted. The curtains were tore. The bathroom looks moldy. There were dead bugs around the bathroom and hallway. The front entrance did not have light bulb. The tv remote did not have batteries.

One of their employees Shawana is a messy individual that called one of my family members phone number about my stay and room which is a privacy violation! All of my information was listed when I booked and checked into my hotel. She threatened to call the police & kick out my 18 year old son and nephew without her bosses permission. When at check in I made it clear I would be leaving to and from work and would not be there 24/7 to watch over 18 year old boys that did literally nothing but go back and forth to basketball practice and tournaments. We will not be booking with them again and I will be making further complaints about this privacy issue.
