The room was dusty, and we had really bad allergic issues. At last, we took the table. No safety issue. Rooms were missing with basic amenities like tissu box, moisture. They provided tissue after requesting. That is really bad when we pay for a room they must provide all stuff, check in, and asking doesn't seem good. And why am i giving 3 out of 5 just bz the staff was really helpful and breakfast healthy and hygiene.

Poor response from the staff. No one is seen at the reception most of the time. U need to ask for everything personally. Electricals and electronics never work in the rooms

It was a terrible accommodation, no proper care taker, food is not available after the breakfast... Breakfast is such terrible that it is like not even worth of street food cost and taste.... Accommodation we booked for three days but we vacated after two days there is no cleaning in two days, stingy smell Finally costing wise charged me for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children they changed 7000 per day and it is like not even worth of 700 per day as per my view. Lodges are comfortable than this Never recommend anyone from my family and friends I recommend people to be cautious and care while booking this property. Overall it was a horrible stay. Final word from not even deserve 0 star it is - 5 star ⭐

Overall it was a good experience. Just to highlight the breakfast/snacks facilities should be available in the morning time. We checked out at 7am and we were told there is no milk for the tea wherein the previous day we were assured that tea will be provided by 6 in the morning. Rest everything was good. Good ambience, neatness, staff was polite. They responded and guided well during the stay.

My recent stay at this property was quite disappointing. Not only were the facilities subpar, but the receptionist was rude and unhelpful when i requested assistance with luggage shifting. He informed us that there were no helpers available. Additionally, the breakfast experience was unsatisfactory as they initially provided only idly despite our requests for a better selection. After persistent demand, they reluctantly brought dosa and bread. Overall, the lack of proper service and amenities significantly detracted from my stay. I hope the management takes urgent steps to improve customer service, ensure adequate staffing, and provide guests with the amenities they expect.
