Perfect! The hotel is located at the central location and I have offered early check in. The room is clean and nice and everything is just perfect!

Absolutely love CitizenM. Came to know them as they are GIC investee company. Then, they are perfectly located in the center of the city. Convenient to walk to most sights. Also many cafes and eateries nearby. Friendly service. Design weird but nice. Clean, bright rooms. A bit like Mama Shelter in Paris !

Simple, clean, modern. They have a very smooth self-checkin system. Views from the top floors are great, lobby is stylish and suitable for working or connecting with other guests.

This hotel is superb in every aspect. I will recommend to all my friends who will go Copenhagen. Close to train station, next to many sightseeing locations, nice view, superb breakfast, friendly staff, room is clean and bright! I will want to stay again next time I visit.

There was a small hiccup when changing over to the new booking but quickly solved by the reception who personally delivered the items. Maybe they do not have abundance of staffs but a multi tasking staff gets the job done faster and efficiently

Go left when you exit the train station, go to the tourist center office at the intersection, go right towards the square, turn left at the intersection of the square and walk 1 block, next to 7-11, it will take about 10 minutes Next to the square is the Burger King shopping avenue, which has famous brand bags and dessert shops, which is very convenient. The room is large, clean, with a good view. The breakfast environment is beautiful and there are few varieties. The pizza shop and burger shop downstairs are doing booming business!

The location is excellent, next to the Town Hall Square, the starting point of the commercial pedestrian street, and the bus, subway and train station are all nearby. The room lighting is controlled by iPad. The room is small and one side is close to the window, so it is not convenient to get out of bed. It is suitable for young people to travel.

The front desk is on the seventh floor. If you are not careful, you can't find it. The room is not cleaned every day. Smart room. Not big, foreigners can serve, the location is OK
