Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments - Copenhagen Suites

We went to celebrate our anniversary together, and it was simply great! It is a typical building of Copenhagen architecture, super neat, cozy and very quiet. Its location could not be better, being 1 min from the subway and 5 mins from the train station. Supermarkets and shops can also be found just 2 streets away, in Vestebrogade. The apartment was ideal for 2 people, extremely clean and comfortable, it lacked nothing. If you book directly with them by using their website they provide you with a lovely breakfast basket gift for the first day, which they left inside the apartment on our arrival with a beautiful note. It is very difficult to find an accommodation nowadays that takes care of so many details. As if all this were not enough, the attention of the reception staff was the icing on the cake! Mariela is a delight, a great professional who welcomes you with warmth from the first moment, helping you with lots of good tips to enjoy 100% of your stay. She is very attentive at all times so that you do not have the slightest problem. Thank you so much for everything, you made us feel at home! :) We met very little with Alina, but the quality of her attention was also impeccable at all times. If you are looking for an apartment with good value for money, well connected and quiet to visit this beautiful city, do not think about it. We will be back for sure!

I can highly recommend the apartments. Mariela was very knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I only saw Alex at the weekend but he always greeted us with a smile. The beds were comfortable and the shower enjoyable but you need to pay attention to closing the doors! We had everything we needed for a family stay. Having a Reception also means you can ask any questions about the area or apartment. We didn't hear any noise from neighbouring apartments. The apartments are a few yards from the Metro station which you can take to most of the attractions and Rådhuspladsen (Town Hall Square) which has lots of pubs and cafes and the start of Strøget, the main shopping street. It is a great location near the main railway station where you can travel to the airport (about £40 cheaper than a taxi). We loved Copenhagen and the Erik Vökel apartments.

We stayed here 4 nights in apartment 103. Staff is excellent, Alina was wonderful! We were able to check in before 3, she explained how the washer, heating, blinds worked. Also helped us with lots and lots of questions about transportation, restaurants, etc. Apartment was comfortable, no issues. It was very clean. In the future I would request an apartment upstairs, we did not get any noise in our ground floor apartment but assume upstairs would be lighter.

Had a 9 night stay here in a 2 bed apartment in August 2024 and had an unforgettable experience. Firstly, if you want to tour Copenhagen as well as any other area of Denmark it would be difficult to imagine a better location. Copenhagen's public transport system is second to none. The entrance to the superb Metro is about 50 metres away, Central Station is about 150 metres away and take a step outside the main door of the station and there are a huge selection of local and regional buses as well as bus tours and hop-on hop-off buses . Across the road from the station is the entrance to the magical and unmissable Tivoli gardens. Our apartment was spotless, much more spacious than the typical hotel bedroom in Copenhagen and the beds superbly comfortable. The kitchen area had everything you could possibly need and the shower had instant and bountiful hot water. We were not aware of significant noise from other apartments and there was a reassuring security system throughout and if you need any advice the reception is staffed during working hours 7 days a week and a telephone contact available at other times. The Danes are known as the happiest people on earth - spend some time in Copenhagen and you will not only concur with that but some of their happiness will undoubtedly rub off on you.

We had an excellent experience at Eric Vogel apartments in Copenhagen. The unit was comfortable with a separate bedroom, living room and small kitchen. The shower worked very well with plentiful hot water. The location was good - just a short walk to Tivoli Gardens and the central train station. But what makes this place special is the manager/receptionist, Mariela. She is both extremely helpful and extremely friendly.

Enjoyed our stay, the apartments were well equipped, clean, modern. Great location ( I think ) , I thought it was great close the main station and a metro station. Supermarket close by 2 blocks. Meatpacking area with a lot of restaurants a couple of blocks as well. Reception check in excellent and staff so helpful. The rooms (we had a 2 bedroom) are small , we are a family where are all adult sized, so found it tricky but we were there 3 nights so it was ok. The washing machine and dryer came in handy. It took me a while but I realised what threw me! Only 2 windows in the whole apartment (42) in the bedrooms only. Again not a big deal just mentioning it. But must say the best bed and pillows on our trip!!
