These are amazing little living spaces. Loved the ingenuity of the design and how the room felt spacious enough despite it being a small size. Location is a 5 minute, quiet walk to the metro. Super easy to return to the bustle of downtown Copenhagen. Also had two big grocery stores super close if you wanted to make yourself something in the room. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. Checkout was automated at a kiosk. Breakfast was okay for both taste and variety. Really liked the jams. Thought it was ridiculous that they asked diners to put away their own plates and cups after the breakfast meal. Don’t know if they did this for lunch and dinner, too. Overall, a pretty good experience at Zoku. I’d probably prefer to stay closer to the action next time.

I enjoyed my stay so much at Zoku Copenhagen. Check in on the 5th floor. The 5th floor is also where you have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Floor -1 is where you can store your luggage if need be. The entire staff is kind and professional and made me feel welcome. The metro station near is Dr. Byen where you can catch the M1 line! There is also a supermarket called Netto which is very near to the metro. You can’t miss it!

Its a pretty hotel though our TV was broken and there was a bathroom leak. They tried asking us to transfer rooms but we were too tired. Room cleaning is every 3 days.

Very comfortable even it is a loft room! Especially for their 🛌!

This is a highly recommended place to stay in Copenhagen; the hotel is clean and fully furnished for both long and short stays; we had a fantastic and positive experience throughout our four-night stay; and the location is extremely convenient for getting about by metro. The entire surroundings is safe and peaceful, and the supermarket located immediately below the hotel makes it really convenient. Last but not least, the hotel staff are kind and helpful😀

Clean and nicely designed room, but the toilet could be a bit larger.

Good service and very nice expecience

Stayed at Zoku Copenhagen for the 2nd time in 2023. Stayed in a normal size room. This time, I booked an XL, which was much wider. What I liked the most was that there was space to cook. The supermarket was close to the accommodation, so I could buy ingredients to cook. There were a few things I didn't like, such as the bed and pillows that made my back hurt. The pillows were flat, so I had to put another shirt on them. Other than that, everything was okay.

I suggest you don't check in with that black guy. If he calls you, wait for other front desk staff to check you in! The room that was arranged for me as a Chinese was very bad. The air conditioning system of the hotel has a unified air conditioning temperature. The air conditioning panel is like a decoration. It can't adjust the low temperature that suits me in the summer. On the second day, I specifically asked for a room farther away from the elevator. They said it was not available yet and they would change it for me after cleaning at 3 pm. As a result, they gave me a room closer to the elevator than the first day, and locked the room for me so that other colleagues could not change it. It seemed like they were deliberately against me! I suspect that the black front desk did it on purpose! In short, the experience was very bad!

I like it very much. The bed is very comfortable. The bed on the loft is quite big. The decoration is also very new. The kitchen utensils are also neat. The TV can be used for projection. The restaurant can make freshly made omelettes. The food is not bad. Highly recommended.

In the center of Denmark, it is modern and fashionable, but it lacks a lot of human touch. The front desk is on the 5th floor and the room is on the 4th floor. You need to swipe your card to get on the elevator, enter the room corridor, and even go to the underground garage. Only one card was given to the room for 2 people, which was very inconvenient for the other person (I later learned the importance of the card, but only after experiencing all kinds of inconveniences). The breakfast was average, the room was average, and the wooden and fabric decorations on the bedside fell off. I quickly changed to another side to sleep at night, but I slept in fear. After reporting it to the front desk, no one dealt with it!
