The location of the hotel was really good and I liked the room condition a lot. Also the managers were super kind. I would like to visit here again.

This hotel is about 3.5 stars. For example, the floor and furniture are all scratched, and the bed sheets are disposable chemical fiber? No slippers, no bottled water, the renovation is noisy, there is no lobby, there is only one person at the service desk, wearing casual clothes, and the hygiene is not good enough... My deluxe sky view room? Oh my god! Give me back my money! The only thing is that the location is good👍. The waiter is also OK.

Good location, clean and bright room, excellent service

The hotel is located in the center of Copenhagen, surrounded by commercial pedestrian streets and many bars. Because the exterior wall is under renovation, there are not many people, but the hotel stay experience is still good, the breakfast is delicious, the room is large. The bed is very comfortable. However, I have paid the full amount of two rooms for two nights on Ctrip, and the front desk still needs to pay a deposit of 1030 and 1015 Danish kroner. I have been away for 5 days, and the credit card has not been returned, which is not very comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions of Mermaid, New Harbor, and the Royal Palace.

The hotel is in the center, everything is within walking distance, although the façade of the building is being renovated, the renovation did not bother us at all. Breakfast was a C grade, the room was not very clean, there was hair on the table, stains. The hotel is ordinary, nothing particularly memorable. The only thing that I remember and deserves gratitude is the excellent staff at the reception, very friendly and nice, and all of them, without exception.

I was disappointed by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff and then you pay for everything very dearly like in the whole city, crazy and unjustified prices!

Next to the commercial street, it is very convenient to go shopping. The subway, train station and bus station are within a 10-minute walk. The room is quite large, and the standard room can accommodate three people. The facilities are standard, and the shower water is not big enough. The glass sound insulation effect is super good ~ I stayed there on Saturday, and young people were making loud noises on the street late at night, but there was no sound at all when the window was closed.

The location was convenient for going anywhere. The hospitality was good and the breakfast was delicious. The room was also very clean!

The soundproofing of the hotel room is poor. The music in the bar on the first floor is so loud that you can hear it in the room. It's the same every night! I called the front desk and asked, but they could only provide earplugs... The location of the toilet shower was a bit strange, and the shower head was easily placed under the toilet.
