It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

A 3 star hotel pretending to be more. The pool was nice but does get crowded. Very overpriced drinks, $90 for three glasses of house Prosecco and two very weak cocktails. Nothing was hot on the small breakfast buffet. Bathrooms were tiny for a suite. Horrible customer service. Their systems were down so we couldn’t check in and they just said sorry nothing we can do, just wait. They also overcharged me on the rate but didn’t seem to care. Their complimentary mini bar was two bad tasting beers and a few sodas. This hotel is a giant tourist trap. Stay somewhere else if you’re expecting a 5 star hotel and service.

Didn’t use the pool facilities so this review is purely focused on the hotel experience… which like other reviews is not to a 5 star standard. Stayed in one of the suites and the room was a very good size, large living area with 2 sofas and dining table, then separate bedroom with 4 posted bed and en-suite with shower. Room as a whole was nice however some things were lacking in areas: Tea coffee making facilities - for a hotel of this calibre one would expect an espresso maker or similar. There were only 2 coffee bags and 1 tea bag provided - luckily we didn’t argue over the tea but the offering was a bit lacking in this regard. No physical metal spoon, just stirrers and no bin in the kitchen area or adjacent toilet (meaning said used coffee bag had to be carried over to the living area bin). Minibar in room but no printed price list and the QR code provided for the minibar just takes you to the hotels main website. Bed area set up to resemble a 4 poster style bed however this was a very cramped arrangement. Hairs on bedding so cleanliness lacking in this regard. Toiletries nice however hand soap not replenished and the shower flooded the bathroom floor as the shower curtain was not fit for purpose. Note this hotel is not suitable for those with mobility issues - the lifts are extremely small and you have to have the physical ability to push open the doors. Overall an ok experience but unless you are using the pool I would suggest staying elsewhere which caters more for the hotel guest as opposed to the spa guest which seems to be the primary focus for this hotel.

A fantastic hotel for a city break. We had a spacious suite with comfortable four poster and all the amenities we could need. The standout attraction of this hotel is the pool, which is by far the most impressive indoor area I've ever seen. A haven of relaxation when you've been walking round the city all day. We did eat in the rooftop restaurant and the service and food was great but I would recommend booking and specify a 'city view' table - we were seated in the area of the rooftop which has frosted glass screens and you can't see anything so you may aswell be indoors. Copenhagen has so many good choices for food, it's worth exploring. I would also recommend requesting a room facing HC Andersens Boulevard - our room was on the side street which directly faced a building site, not the end of the world as you don't spend a huge amount of time in the room. It's just a short walk to the lakes area which is very pretty and also to the Torvehallerne food market which is a must see.

Five star hostel RIP OFF- STAY AWAY ! This hotel is a long row of disappointments - just to claim 5 stars is a disgrace to other good standard hotels working for service and quality. Only the room rate is on a 5 star level, NOTHING ELSE - STAY AWAY! You arrive in a busy street, trying to get attention to the guy in the reception when arriving with a car, but he just turn away and looks annoyed. Not a sigh to come out, asking if maybe I want help or even stay in this dump. Probably you should be sustainable and not drive a car, but this should then be told before. And they even claim to have valet parking - NOT TRUE. The “suite” has entrance from the side of the pool - if you ever come here - which you should not even consider - stay away from the rooms on the 2nd floor - and probably the rest as well. Trying to book a massage at the front desk, you get directed to a frame with a QR code, which takes you to a web page for booking yourself - with only 5 therapists, booked out of course. And this even after I called around lunch time to the hotel to arrange, but then they said this will be done at arrival. The staff in the restaurant on 6th floor is nice, the only highlight and the hotel does not deserve them. Be happy there are many nice real five star hotels in Copenhagen so you can stay away from this one. So glad to leave this place and never coming back again.

Enjoyed a stay here in June , the jungle fish pool is beautiful , however the poolside service was hit and miss , excellent one day and non existent the next which was disappointing . They did have a DJ there playing some nice music nothing to wild but upbeat and enjoyable. The sauna and steam room was included in our stay however the access to the rooftop view was taped off. It is a let down that there is no treatment room there, you can have massages in your hotel rooms provided by an outside company but that wasn’t really how I’d like things from a personal point of view. The food in the restaurant was good , staff also very friendly. The reception staff were extremely helpful too. The hotel was overall clean and tidy we stayed in a petit suite it was nice but nothing special . The hotel is rated 5* but is more a 4* in my opinion. Overall I think the hotel is expensive for what it is , I would stay once for the experience but I probably wouldn’t return .
