The room is big and clean. And employees are nice

Room and bedding very good but the hotel lacks small things to receive the rating of 8: no towels or slippers for the swimming pool which really needs a major refresh, old bathroom, the shower head is clogged with limestone to 1/3. This hotel is no longer really up to date.

Excellent hotel, ideally located, close to the Channel Tunnel, and Calais, very comfortable, spacious rooms, the hotel is very pleasant, because it is very comfortable, you immediately feel good there! The facilities offered such as the Spa and the swimming pool are great, well kept, bright premises. staff caring for the customers, the breakfast is royal, buffet, very stocked, well stocked, in savory or sweet dishes, there is something for everyone!! Hotel to recommend without hesitation !!

Really not terrible for a 4 star... No slippers/small individual toiletries in the bathroom, for example... In addition, cleanliness leaves something to be desired. (Dirty tub seals etc.) As for the common areas, glasses and empty beer bottles have been strewn on the table on the second floor all weekend, cracked armchair in the TV area and so on.. Also, I also had to wait 10 minutes to see someone at the reception when I arrived... On the other hand, the restaurant area is very good Breakfast at the top (you get what you pay for) However, I do not recommend this hotel. Disappointing for a 4 star
