Obligé de mettre la plus mauvaise des notes puisque l'établissement m'a appelé à 17H00 le jour d'arrivée pour indiqué qu'ils avaient fait du surbooking et qu'ils n'avaient aucune solution de repli.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cette hôtel
Nous avons passé la nuit à nous gratter
Au réveil nous avons trouvez des punaises de lit sous le matelas
Il semblerait qu’il y en a déjà eu, l’établissement devrait être fermé…

The front desk employee wasn't helpful. Very slow. Couldn't find our reservation after getting all the information including confirmation number. I had to find the information for him from the system. No ice machine in July. Won't recommend.
