Location is good, close to the cathedral and in a nice neighbourhood, cafes and restaurants nearby. People at reception are nice and helpful. The room is ok, a bit basic, outdated and bathroom not very clean, terrace on the rooftop was closed probably because it’s winter. Overall I would just recommend for 1 night to someone looking for a central location on a budget.

The Room was good clean and comfortable, the attached bathroom was very small, felt uncomfortable when credit card details were asked along with the expiry date, even though full payment was done. Aminities wise it was lacking as there was no provision of hot water, or any one for immediate response as there's no reception for this hostel. Felt safe. Close to the tourist attractions.

It's a good location to get around the sights.

I understand that you can't expect much for the price, but the cleanliness could have been better, the duvet smelled really bad. They say they have a terrace, but it is closed to guests. There is no hair dryer. At night, someone came into the room while we were sleeping, looking for the terrace. Otherwise, well located and good service.

Tuvimos problema con el agua caliente pero antes de darnos cuenta ya se habían encargado de avisarnos. La habitación era pequeña pero con las necesidades justas, la nuestra tenía el WC dentro. Había muchos silencio.

Hay un servicio excelente, están super disponibles para atenderte y darte el mejor servicio. La habitación es modesta pero con todas las comodidades, en este caso también teníamos servicios

Todo genial, ubicación muy buena. Pero la calefacción estaba rota y la única solución fue darnos una manta.  Aun asi todo muy bien

Un desastre. Realmente un timo. Worst experience in my life. Dirty, not trustable, the room was not the one we had reserved. Not compensation. We do not recommend this hotel chain to anybody. The quality is awful. Please, avoid it, this accommodation could ruin your travel.

TERRIFYING!!!! THEY SCAMMED ME October 2022 TERRIFIC!!!! THEY SCAMMED ME October 2022 The worst experience of my life. Do not go. I have been cheated. There are three hostels run by the same person, Mezquita Oscio and the one in the cafeteria. I made the reservation a month in advance for October 29, free cancellation on October 26. at the Oscio hostel for adults. I paid 80 euros for room with private bathroom, private double and wifi. I showed up at the cafeteria 1 hour before check-in because I had sent them a WhatsApp message a few days before and they didn't answer me. When I arrived there was no one at the reception and a man (apparently the boss) who was sitting there with two girls, checked his cell phone and told me that my reservation was canceled on October 5. That's where my odyssey began. They never explained to me correctly what happened, but they had already charged the 80 euros. The only option they gave me was a POCILGA room, with bunk beds without railings or stairs without a bathroom or Wi-Fi. The employees do not have any decision-making power and they called him by phone, but they informed me that they could not bother him because he was on his break. I asked for my money back, but it was flatly denied. They put the mattress on the floor, almost no suitcases fit, the shared bathroom was always dirty and the bathtub filled with water while you were showering. They are scammers, they keep your money, they don't answer your calls. They sold my room twice, overbooking and that is punishable if they don't repair the situation. I had to agree to spend the night in that pigsty or stay on the street. We are two 60-year-old adults, regardless of age, no one deserves to be scammed. DO NOT Reserve!!!!!
