Paid 370euro for a Saturday night on the October Bank Holiday weekend. I really didn't want to leave a bad review but I had a bad experience after I left some important prescription medication in my room (my fault I know) but it was never handed in to reception. I rang just after checking out but housekeeping were too busy to be disturbed. I left my number for someone to call me back but nobody did. I had to get a caredoc appointment on the Sunday night to get an emergency prescription. I rang again a few days later but still nothing had been handed into lost and found. A bad end to a great weekend. Most of the staff are awesome but there is someone really dishonest working in housekeeping.
