Other than the name confusion (I booked double tree by Hilton but when I arrived it s still the old name) and room type that I booked was not given to me due to whatever reason (and trip.com already compensated me with a portion of the room charge), the stay was great

We only stayed overnight, room fine, clean. Bathroom configuration is winky, shower floor should have some texture, the bar in shower in odd location and water pressure is low. Grill for breakfast is fine, get waffles and or omelets. The manager surveys the restaurant probably a bit too many times when there's only a few tables being serviced. Hotel needs updates, why did my key stop working 45mins before checkout? Staff fixed but obviously this is a tech issue that shouldn't have occurred. And housekeeping shows up 15mins prior to is leaving. It's not yet 11am, please wait. For the money per night these 2 last issues should not have happened. Travelers just want to chill. Please fix bc I would return.

Check in was easy and staff very friendly. The room we had was great and the hotel was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants on Market Street. For a quick getaway it was perfect for us! Now, off to the glass museum!
