Stayed one night between Montreal and Toronto. The room was large and spacious, well-planned, very new and clean. It took an hour and a half to drive to Thousand Island Lake. Very satisfied!

It was a new building so everything was clean and the breakfast was good.

This is my first time visiting a hotel and the reviews were good so I decided to check it out during my business trip. I stopped by and it was very clean and nice. They provided breakfast, but the only thing that was disappointing was the lack of exercise facilities.

The room was clean and tidy

It is average for the good chain hotels. Impressed and what I like with such things like the design, atmosphere, feel, breakfast, pool. However, I gave 3/5 because the rooms were small and dark in comparison to the others. Prices could be better too.

Hotel was relative new. Able to use online checkin / checkout and digital key. Located such that crossing the border was easy. Comfortable bed, clean room. Breakfast was disappointing and didn’t find anything desirable. Nothing nearby to walk to for food.

The room was comfortable and clean. The Manager, Judy, was very helpful. The traffic noise was minimum. The breakfast was good. The room had a sweep on the door to minimize noise from the hallway which a a good feature that is not very common. The Hotel had an exercise room with the basic gym equipment.

Brand new Hampton on our way to North Harley. Staff (especially Jackie) but all were very helpful. Rooms are modern and very clean with lots of electronic charging options. Nicely appointed. Breakfast was usual Hampton but hot and kept clean. Easy to get to off 401 and return. I would stay again.

Not a bad hotel. The bed was very comfy. You could not easily adjust the temp for the a/c. Breakfast was so-so. Pet friendly. Nice, friendly staff. Everything was clean. Great supply of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. No restaurant in the hotel but there are a number of restaurants within a few kilometers.

Still fresh and new! Love the decor and amenities. Detailed review by other traveller is a good description of the property. Hotel is indeed a model Hampton Inn, and in a great location for us as we love the Wing House almost directly across the street. Lots of parking. Nice view of a lake next door.

Brand new 2-star hotel and the sole Hilton in Cornwall, ON, Canada. Has all the amenities of your standard Hampton Inn: four floors, ample parking, small indoor heated pool, workout gym, guest laundry, snack/sundry store, salty breakfast, filtered water bottle refilling dispenser, ice dispenser and coffee/tea/hot water station. Hotel is also dog-friendly. Front desk is courteous and kind, as is the lady who sets out the buffet breakfast (pre-processed eggs, home fries, sausages, DIY waffle station, oatmeal, juice dispenser, continental staples, fruits, yogurt). Common areas are clean and tidy. Rooms include pump dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and hand soap. Housekeeping is officially provided every other day. We stayed on Easter weekend: paid long weekend prices and got small-town long weekend service as housekeeping was likely short-staffed; requested a room refresh but didn’t receive one, and the conditioner dispenser in the room was empty when we arrived. Hotel is located near a railroad so we could hear trains rumble by in the night (not loud enough to wake someone, but audible). Hotel is on Cornwall’s “hotel alley” (Vincent Massey Drive); a few other chain and independent hotels/motels are on that street, close to Highway 401 as well as Brookdale Avenue, where there are plentiful restaurant and fast food options.

Exceptional hotel for a retreat and family gathering. Excellent professional and friendly staff. We wanted to extend our dear gratitude for the exceptional event organizing sales manager Shannon Gareau and customer service by all staff Isabella, John, Ty’s and amazing Samantha. They all provided an excellent service during our recent stay at the Hampton Inn. From start to finish, everything was executed with professionalism and care, making our event a memorable success. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly exceeded our expectations. The manger was there twice during her time off to ensure all is going well.
