Coron Soleil Garden Resort Reviews

We had a pleasant stay BUT the check in was not a good experience. We were thankful that we got to check in at an earlier time (around 1-1:30pm) but we were disappointed that upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage. We have 1 large size luggage and 1 small one. After checking in, we were told that we are going to be assisted by one of their staff to our room. We expected that our luggage will be brought to our room but no one did that. The staff who assisted us did not really assist as helping with our luggage, she was just accompanying us to our room, she could not assist us because this staff might not be able to carry our big luggage so we did not ask her to carry it for us. Its just hard to carry the luggage because the room is far from the lobby and the pathway going to the room is not flat or smooth that is suitable for the luggage to be pushed. We had to carry our luggage all the way to our room. Good points are, the room is huge, the pool is large enough. Breakfast is decent. Wifi is good. Bad points, that time our cellular network has no signal, brown out some times but good thing they have generator. Please be mindful of your guests. From the arrival, to departure please be aware of their needs. The hotel itself is very good but the service should be improved.

Quite near to corona town center, less than 10mins motorcycle or tricycle ride, beautiful pool and spacious room, definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel, just 5 min away from town if you take a ride. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good shower, always hot water, strong AC, lovely pool that you can use until 10 pm. Pool towels also provided. Lots of useful things like toothbrush set, comb, shaver set etc. provided. Mini Bar with some cold drinks - to pay on top but is good to have if you need something asap. The only thing I would not recommend was the restaurant, I didn't really like the food and we were waiting around 1 hour for it to arrive. It was quite pricey as most of the things were described as "to share". My partner likes to eat different things so I didn't really like the concept of that menu.

Pickup from airport and drop off included in the price which was nice. Nice pool and view. Located near coron town which is about 1km. Breakfast was ok but not great. Hotel staff is friendly. All tours can be booked from hotel itself. Check weather before going to any island hopping tours.

Excellent hotel

The location is on a small road near the town. It is quite convenient to travel. The room and facilities are very good and quiet. You can buy your own ingredients and fruits and let the hotel chef process them. The cost is cheap. The most important thing is that it is extremely delicious!

The promised pick-up and drop-off was not available, so we paid for the pick-up and drop-off at the hotel front desk.

I went for the fourth place in the high-end hotel in Cologne and booked two nights. On the first night, I heard something calling in the room, but there was no sound during the day. At first I thought it was a frog, but I found out it was a gecko-like animal when I asked the front desk. It was in the room, and the recording called once every 12 minutes on average. I went to the front desk and was told that the room was full and there was no room for me to change. Reluctantly, I fell asleep in the middle of the night while recording, fearing and sleepy, and woke up early to go to sea. When I came back in the afternoon, my wet clothes hadn’t been changed yet. I finally got to change a room for me, but soon found that the air conditioner wasn’t cooling. How could this work? I got someone to overhaul it and it still doesn't cool down. More than an hour passed before and after, and I was in a panic. I ended up having to shower out of the room with the animals and finally the supervisor upgraded us to another room. In any case, thanks for the supervisor's handling of the problem. But I always have a problem, there are animal sounds and the air conditioner is not cooling in the room, is it

Great pool

Stayed there for like 4-5days with my friend who has PTSD..on our second day i ordered something to eat and the Lady from F.O told me to wait for like 20mins because as per her there's no rice available..but its fine with me..on my 3rd night..i ordered food and the waiter told me to wait for like 25mins again because again NO RICE available at the resto..on that night i already informed the front office that i will have dinner at 8pm..i arrived at the resto at 2025H, but to my surprised the rice was not available..i had dinner at 2105H but its absolutely fine with me..today at 0640H..i went out to buy some stuff for my friend..and Mark (F.O supervisor) told me about what we need to settle..and I told him that we will settle in a while..upon returning to our room..my friend call to front office to ask for something to eat..and that Mark..insisted for the payment again..i was upset because we already talked about it.(in fact we are not checking out yet, we will check out on the following day).and i talked to him through phone to confront him..to my surprised he sound like a boss..very boastful..arrogant..me and my friend went to the Front Office to clear things..but he said to me that I am not the one who is paying so i have to keep quiet. And i talk to Joy their HR Manager..but she sounds like nothing..and infront of us. That Mark seems and feel like he is right for what He did. He keeps on talking as if i had no right to talk..I feel like disrespected..we are both in a hotel industry..I was a front office associate..but never been such a disrespectful to any of my clients or costumers..i feel sad for that staff thats acting like He is one of the owner..such an arrogant in talking to the customer like me..i even used the name of the owner cause it happened that we know each other before..but He replied like "Go ahead" never heard even a single sorry from him..such a disgrace for being a member of hotel industry which is the first or main goal is to make their guest feel comfortable and relax.Hope the management will do something about..

Coron soleil has everything you need in a hotel. Beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy, staff were attentive, friendly and eloquent with the details of the hotel. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Great hotel! Staff is exceptionally friendly and the pool is very well put together and warm. My family enjoyed our stay here. So if you’re ever in Coron, we highly recommend this hotel. Near to main center and only 15 minutes Tuktuk ride to the shops and island hopping meeting place.

The hotel is situated at the foot of the mountain. Place is gorgeous and service is hospitable. They fetched us from airport, offered drinks when we came in, and also carried our bags to our respective rooms. It was overall a nice place to stay when in Coron.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. It’s a nice and quiet resort. It’s great for my mom. They moved her to the first floor and moved my partner and I to a room with a queen bed. The transition was easy. The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything.
