I prepaid on the app and when I got to the hotel, the hotel charged me also, for the same stay.
I had to pay and file a claim with my bank to refund my money. Also, I noticed
The front desk was charging different weekly rates to different people. Playing favorites type.

Great place to stay, clean and convenience location---
**except for when there's a problem. We paid for a king bed but received a Full- when we called front desk and inquired they said they were out of King beds and would have to talk to owner about compensation. After 10 phone calls and leaving messages to talk to owner we were given the run around and put off and ignored. Contacted ******* and received refund. I would have been happy with a few bucks back for the inconvenience but instead was avoided to have the matter resolved. Customer service is subpar.

Property close to North beach good Mexican restaurant in parking lot. Very dirty place needs to be cleaned up people living in rooms ...rough crowd.
