Perfect for a short stay !

We arrived Xmas Eve at lunchtime and our room was only available at 3.30pm so we headed to the pool area, very busy and quite rowdy with a lot of drunk very loud people and our first impressions was this is going to be rough. We like a drink on holiday but some of the clientele here was like something I haven’t experienced and as a party of 7 family members we’ve been known to be lively on holiday. Men staggering around the pool area, families wheeling cots out of the room so they could drink all afternoon and people in their pyjamas screaming at their children. None of this btw is the hotels fault it’s just for the price range this is what happens. The room was to a poor finish with rusty fridge and rust all in the bathroom and good av done with a paint in places but to be fair it was basic but clean. We was supposed to have a maid in once during our 11 day stay which we was aware of and she knocked on 4 days in but we was in the middle of getting dressed and asked could she come back, she never did. We asked a couple of days later at reception as our towels at this point needed changing. Nobody came back. Again this didn’t ruin our holiday as plenty of trolleys around to pinch towels and toilet rolls. As some people began to go home after Xmas we began to get used to the place and it quietened down. Yes there was a dead rat in the laundry room which certain people were making a big deal of but apart from that we didn’t see any cockroaches at all. The pool bar is always busy and a lovely guy called Danny runs it and the food and drinks are good value. The bar area inside at night is really cute and again lovely staff and singer on some nights. The reception people were also nice enough on check in. Pool cold but it isn’t advertised as heated so again not unexpected. Towards the end of our stay our opinion had changed from never again to maybe if we got a good deal. We paid £1500 for 3 people for 11 days over Xmas and new year so to me we got exactly what we paid for. Don’t expect luxury if you’re paying budget prices. Also the hotel can’t help that some people just want to drink from 10am til late and seek attention from anyone that will give it to them. We met a lot of lovely people there too.

So let's remember these are an extremely reasonable 3* self catering apartments, yes it is a bit tired and dated in places and the kitchen equipment could be more substantial for self catering, however, there is no issue with the cleanliness of the resort, the apartment and communal areas were kept clean and the maintenance team were clearly busy renovating areas of the resort, the reception staff were polite and helpful and when we did have a small issue with a missing sink plug this was resolved within 10 mins. The pool bar was reasonable and extremely friendly, the on site supermarket was well stocked. The only negative was the calibre of many of the guests, this really appeared to be a typical brits abroad resort, waiting to reserve sunbeds at 8.30 every morning, loud inappropriate language in front of young children, and sometimes aggressive nature no doubt caused by over drinking. To conclude, it's a nice 3* resort, but unfortunately attracting typical brits looking to drink heavily, lay in the sun, and adopt an aggressive approach to the staff. I wouldn't hesitate to book again but knowing this was a good location to base myself not necessarily stay on the complex during the day.

Worst hotel ever!!! The hotel is infested with cockroaches, the rooms are dirty, the fridge door Is rusty. Do not book it!!!!! There are stains on the walls, curtains are filthy and lots of cockroaches not only in the kitchen but also the bedrooms
