French-speaking hotel staff, attentive and helpful both at reception and on the catering side. 2 swimming pools to choose from, one quieter than the other depending on your preferences. Large, very functional and clean room with a view of the swimming pool (or not). Hotel well located next to shops, restaurants and bars. The food was tasty although lacking a little diversity (I was half board). Excellent value.

Excellent New Year break at the Labranda. Older lot were off Kite surfing. The hotel is based in an excellent location. There is an entertainment pool and a quiet pool which works really well. Food is varied each day and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The reception was very helpful. The gym is well equipped and accessible. You can walk to the town and the port in 10 Mins and behind a 5 mile trek around a volcano which leads to a chain of volcanos of you want to go further.

This was our first time in Fuerteventura. The hotel was ideally situated just off the main shopping street and not far from town. The accommodation was clean and spacious and rooms were cleaned every day. Beds were comfortable and we had a terrace that caught the evening sun. The shower was hot and powerful however you had to use towels to mop the floor afterwards as the water often spilled out onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have enjoyed at an all inclusive hotel. Lunches were also enjoyable with fresh pizzas, pastas cooked meats, paellas, breads and salad bar. We tried the evening meal a couple of times but felt there wasn’t as much choice as the lunchtime offering and was not as good quality so we chose to eat out most evenings. A good quality beer was included as part of the all inclusive package which made my partner very happy as we were not expecting that. Although the pool was cold when you initially got in, you soon acclimatised. There was always plenty of choice on loungers, we tend to go to the pool in the afternoon after a morning walk. Staff were helpful and friendly and we were pleased there wasn’t the hard sell on activities. There is so much to do and see in Corralejo that we only stayed in for the evening entertainment on two occasion, both of which were enjoyable. Overall a really enjoyable stay at a lovely hotel, that we intend to return to in the future.

We are currently half way through our stay. We did email the hotel before arriving with a few questions and we had no reply which was very disappointing. First impressions the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The rooms are ok a little shabby and need a few updates. The food is simple but ok and great not to have an overwhelming choice. We are just a little confused, we didn’t get given much information when we arrived, as all inclusive guests we assumed all drinks would be included, cocktails are at an extra charge? Apparently you can upgrade to all inclusive plus but I am unsure what we get for that other than maybe cocktails but why should that be an extra charge? Drinks are served in very small plastic cups which isn’t the most pleasant. We saw online that there are suites with two bedrooms, we asked to upgrade to this as we are a family of 5. We were told the hotel doesn’t have suite rooms? Again a little confused as to what the truth is? The gym is well equipped but old, the football and tennis courts are fun. We go on holiday 6 times a year so we feel we have experience in different hotels and expectations. The hotel is absolutely fine if you like basic. But we believe a lot of upgrades are needed to call it a 4* More clarity is a must online and when you arrive.

We had a lovely time ❤️ the staff were amazing and friendly and they put on a real feast for Christmas and NYE. The food was good the rest of the time too. The sofa bed which counted as a double bed was broken and sagged n the middle, but they moved to another room where the sofa bed was marginally less broken. It has a good location and we will come again!

Bahia de Lobos is situated just off the far end of the ***** near the Las Palmeras shopping centre. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk to the harbour with numerous shops, bars and restaurants along the way, and about the same to the nearest beach. There is a local bus stop about 5 minutes away. All walks are along flat terrain. The reception is to the right of the entrance which opens up into a large lobby area with a fountain and plenty of seating. The information boards of the various tour companies can be found here along with free coffee machine. On checking in, you are given a map showing the layout of the hotel. The reception is manned 24 hours – any questions and they will help out. After exiting the lobby, the main pool is to your right and the restaurants and entertainment area to your left. A second (quiet) pool is further away tucked amongst the accommodation. Both pools have plentiful sunbeds which are extremely comfortable. The pool bar is situated next to the main pool. Unfortunately, there is no bar next to the quiet pool – maybe that’s why it is quiet! The grounds are very clean and tidy with some interesting cacti and succulents in the gardens which are well maintained. The accommodation is in low rise blocks which blend in well with the surroundings. Our room was next to the quiet pool. It was very clean, spacious with fridge, safe and air conditioning. There was a large screen TV and a very comfortable sofa. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower. The patio contained a table and two chairs with a view to one of the volcanic craters in the distance. It was very quiet with no disturbance. Breakfast was served in the Lobos Beach Restaurant next to the main pool. Evening meals were in the Botanic Restaurant down a flight of stairs next to the entertainment complex. If you have mobility issues or a pushchair to carry there is a lift you can use – it is tucked away on the opposite side of the terrace. It could do with better signage – if you can’t find it ask a member of staff. Food is buffet style and of very good quality. You would be hard pushed not to find something to satisfy you. Evening entertainment is in Faro’s Club where the main bar is located. We found the entertainment good with singers, a magician, and karaoke. There is also a daytime program if you wish to stay on the complex. In summary, this is a very good hotel which is kept very clean and tidy. We found the staff friendly and engaging. We would have no hesitation in returning here.

We stayed here from 29 December 2024. The rooms are generally fine - nothing great, nothing disastrous other than the thick mould on the shower screen. The complex in general is reasonably well maintained - staff clean, sweep and are present around the grounds most of the time. The food, although at times very well presented indeed (including the gala dinner for NYE) is of poor quality and is cold or lukewarm at best. The drinks during the day are poor; all served in (often unclean) plastic children’s beakers, including beer and all other alcoholic drinks. At night, guests enjoy normal sized drinks in less humiliating, normal, adult-standard vessels. Kids’ ice creams are available during the day only. They are poor quality, very small ice creams served in yoghurt style pots. If you want an average 3*ish accommodation and aren’t bothered on using the food or drink provision, this place is fine. The location to the shops, bars and restaurants of Corralejo is great. There are far better places to stay and certainly far better places to eat and drink, including AI hotels. It depends on what you are looking for and what your standards and expectations are but for me, if you are searching for a decent 4* AI hotel, this isn’t it. If you just want somewhere reasonably clean that is a 3* at best provision, then you’ll be ok here. Overall, not awful or disastrous but certainly not a 4* standard - probably what we expected for the price. We are and drank elsewhere for most of our stay here.

Very average I suppose it depends on what you are expecting and where you have been on holiday before. The rooms are large and clean. And the staff try. But overall it just misses the mark. The food is poor!!!! Even the NYE Gala dinner- I mean they tried and it looked good but the reality was poor quality. The entertainment is poor -again even on NYE- I mean Bingo isn’t exactly a top NYE activity. Drinks in the day are in mini cups- no option for a pint or even a half!!!! As i said - staff are lovely and do try but it just misses the mark overall in my opinion!
