Hotel molto comodo e riservato . personale accogliente e cordiale. Vicino a molti sentieri da percorrere nel periodo estivo. Colazione abbondanti e cene con vari piatti, personale in sala efficiente e molto cordiale anche per cambio menù al ultimo secondo

Amazing holiday
The experience was way better than expected, after an an extensive search for hotels in the area I’m am really satisfied in choosing this hotel.
The staff was very friendly and very professional.
The rooms were spacious, modern and clean.
The proximity to the slopes was very convenient.
The breakfast was good.
The only downside was the dinner, the portions were quite small and food was bland.
Would definitely recommend and would visit again

Siamo stati in questo splendido hotel camere dotate di ogni confort personale gentile ottimo cibo dalla colazione alla cena . Una menzione speciale per Romina sempre premurosa sorridente attenta e gentile torneremo in questo splendido hotel

Viaggio organizzato Camere pulite, arredi forse un po’ datati, insonorizzazione da rivedere Cena mediocre, menu’ ovviamente prestabilito, una sella di maiale decisamente coriacea. Inaccettabile in una struttura che si fregia delle 4 stelle e’ il mancato cambio delle tovaglie in sala ristorazione: abbiamo trovato al mattino la tovaglia della sera prima, con la stessa macchia….e abbiamo capito perché ci fosse stato richiesto di sederci agli stessi posti della sera Sarà pure stato un viaggio organizzato ( probabilmente con tariffe diverse) ma un servizio così non l’avevo mai trovato

Excelente!!! Estaba en un contingente de 100 pasajeros . Llegamos una noche de tarde, y nos atendieron de 10 !!!! Una pena que no tuve mas tiempo para disfrutar de sus instalaciones y todos los servicios que brindan!!!!

Stayed with family for 1 night route to Tirano for Bernina Express. 30 deg heat and aircon not working in room or at breakfast. General opinion is - ok, it was a bed for the night!

Bellissimo Hotel situato in una posizione magnifica ma soprattutto con un personale che ti fa sentire accolto, seguito ed ascoltato. Se state cercando dove passare un soggiorno rigenerante in una splendida struttura con un personale splendido non potete non scegliere l'Hotel Cristallo

Bellissimo hotel Situato al centro di aprica(so) A 1180 metri ❄️☃️❄️ Con viste panoramiche bellisime❄️ Direttrice e personale gentili e professionali un ringraziamento particolare a Romina gentile, disponibile, simpatica e molto professionale nel suo lavoro di cameriera di sala e soprattutto di barman Bravissima il ristorante fa cucina internazionale e tipica della Valtellina,vi consiglio di mangiare i tagliolini con sugo di cervo i vari arrosti di carne con i contorni dei vari tipi di polenta e soprattutto i di dolci e le torte preparate dal pasticcere Vi consiglio di andare a soggiornare Per passare delle giornate di relax E soprattutto per mangiare

Hotel nella media, accetta gli animali ma a pagamento. Infatti vista la tariffa che non mi era MAI capitato di pagare visto che ho un cagnolino di 2kg mi sarei aspettata di trovare almeno un cambio di lenzuola pulite in un soggiorno di 7 giorni. Il cagnolino le aveva sporcate, ha pagato, ma non ho avuto niente di più di un qualsiasi altro hotel dove accettano gli animali gratuitamente. La cucina non è il massimo: sono abituata nella Val di Fassa dove c’è una varia scelta di cibi tipici di montagna come salsiccia, funghi ed altro ma spesso avevo in questo hotel la terza opzione per il primo che corrispondeva a pasta in bianco o al sugo limitando la scelta a due primi e per quanto riguarda il secondo scelte di pesce come moscardini o orata Danno la precedenza alle partenze per pulire le stanze quindi è capitato sia me che a chi viaggiava con me di trovare la stanza ancora in disordine al rientro per pranzo più di una volta.
