Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare presso il ristorante Savoy, ambiente raffinato ed elegante. Un ristorante di pesce particolare molto apprezzati i primi piatti fino ad arrivare ai dolci! Un servizio impeccabile complimenti a tutto lo staff! Bravi !

I bagni vanno migliorati ( luci entrano in stanza se si va in bagno di notte ) i cuscini vanno sostituiti per tutti i clienti con quelli in piuma d’oca, lo chef per le colazioni deve migliorare , però tutto il personale e’ stato gentile ,i manager molto professionali,e in generale è stata una buona esperienza

From arrival to departure, the service here was impeccable! Genuine greetings from the staff by name, fantastic restaurant recommendations, and wonderful care each time we interacted with the staff. The bar area was fun and had great drinks and food. My wife enjoyed services at the spa and felt the technician was knowledgeable and had one of the best experiences (and my wife has been to a lot of spas!) Overall, the rooms were spacious and clean, beds were incredibly comfortable, food was great, and such a great location for walking in the town. The children enjoyed their stay as well, affirming they would love to come back! Special recognition to the concierge team including Chiara, Paulo, who were able to secure restaurant reservations despite being a very busy weekend and all the wait staff who took excellent care of us!

Perfect location. 5 minutes outside the action, shopping, and restaurants but perfectly quiet and peaceful! Gorgeous room with a fireplace and a 180 degree view of the Dolomites! Shuttle service to the slopes, fabulous spa and breakfast buffet that will make you drool! Outstanding, 5 star food!

Hotel situato al centro di Cortina in un’ottima posizione struttura libero Russo con un personale estremamente disponibile e i servizi veramente al top molto bella anche la spa e il centro fitness. Il rapporto qualità prezzo lascia molto a desiderare soprattutto in relazione alle stanze che sono anche molto chic, ma estremamente piccole per quella che è la tariffa applicata.

Nice hotel ,good location...
Rooms are nice but small.Breakfast is good.They give free protein bars,packed cookies for the hikers which was a good detail.Dinner was also very good.Staff is nice and interested with everything.Location is good,close to center.Car park lack signs but easy to park outside.
