Decent property. Very nice staff. We were given a room with no a/c despite booking hotel that claimed to have a/c. Onsite food only average and expensive.

One of the better hotels I've stayed at. Such kind, generous people. The views, the spa, the dinner, the service. Everything. We had a last minute scheduling problem and had to change days. Most hotels in this world would have made us pay double. Not this hotel. We are forever grateful!!!!

Beautiful boutique hotel. I loved it. All the staff was super nice I. All the areas. The restaurant was exquisite. We stayed one night for dinner and it was delicious and the service was superb.

Excellent stay at the Hotel. Good food, friendly and attentive staff, shuttle service available for taking and picking up from Cortina and a pleasant 2km walk down a dedicated bike/ walking path back to hotel. Used the gym, swimming pool, steam room and spa pool, all well maintained.

Hotel muy bonito con excelentes instalaciones y ubicación. Habitación y baño muy espaciosos, cama muy comoda. El SPA y la piscina son extraordinarios.
La atención del personal de recepción, bar y restaurantes fue extraordinaria.

Noi siamo stati ad ottobre prima della chiusura, ci siamo trovati bene ma in piena stagione dev'essere tutt'altra storia! La camera era molto bella, spaziosa e pulita, con una bella doccia e un bel bagno in generale. Abbiamo apprezzato l'ampia scelta della colazione e la sala in se. La zona relax è bella ma ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più, magari qualche vasca esterna invece ne ha una piccola e anche la palestra è un po piccolina. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno chiesto se volevamo qualcuno per le valigie, diciamo che in un 5* da 500 eu a notte mi aspetto che arrivi senza domandarmelo, alla fine ce le siamo portati su da soli.

We stayed 3 nights staff was great , rooms were great . Our one complaint was dinner at the restaurant which was fine until it was time for desert we all ordered the home made ice cream at the behest of the waiter. We were shocked when we each received a golf ball sized scoop of ice cream for 12.00 euros each that’s over 14.00 US or 48.00 us I could buy 10 gallons of ice cream for 48.00 . It left a bad taste in all our mouths . We as a group have eaten all over the world in many 3 and 4 Michelin star restaurants. This place is trying to be like a Michelin star restaurant but is failing. Again the hotel and staff were great the accommodations were great. The food needs work to be 5 star . Breakfast also needs work the food looked tired. But fix the food and you will be a 5 star resort.

Premetto che quando prenoti un 5 stelle le aspettative sono sempre alte, prenoto questo Hotel perchè provvisto di piscina interna che purtroppo risulta con acqua veramente fredda perciò non piacevole, arrivati in hotel alla recepion ci accoglie un odore di zuppa e cucina non proprio piacevole, camere vista la stagione davvero fredde e poco insonorizzate , per ultimo e forse il piu grave dei episodi negativi ,una volta in camera un inserviente entra senza bussare per cercare una presa dove attacate l'aspirapolvere, se fossi stata mezza nuda magari uscita dalla doccia???? Anche no!!! Il buono di questo Hotel lo staff bar/ristorante davvero molto molto professionali.
