Un ottimo 5 stelle. Personale professionale in tutti i ruoli, camera nelle aspettative (con materasso ottimo con un topper da 10 cm.) così come tutti servizi collaterali. Ristorante molto apprezzato specie per i Pici. Forse a colazione un piccolo spazio a buffet non starebbe male. Piscina nella giusta dimensione di un relax e rinfresco con una decina di bracciate, lettini pochi che rimangono nell'educazione degli ospiti/utilizzatori a volte pretenziosi e sgarbati. Unici due Nei i piccioni del tramonto ed occhio alle auto che come ricorda l'albergo non devono essere di dimensioni eccessive. Noi siamo stati 4 giorni, parcheggiata e dimenticata l'auto.

L'hotel è un bellissimo ex monastero medioevale situato all'interno delle mura di Cortona in posizione panoramica, a due passi dalle attrazioni della zona. Camere bellissime e signorili, pulite e curate in ogni dettaglio e con una vista suggestiva sulla vallata (grazie ancora per averci offerto l'upgrade della camera). Rilassante e ben curato il giardino con piscina così come anche la spa, che merita la visita. Ottimo e accogliente anche lo staff (dai ragazzi della reception ai camerieri, nessuno escluso), che ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e curiosità, sempre con il sorriso e con grande gentilezza. Un plauso va anche al ristorante interno, che offre un'atmosfera raccolta e un menù attento alla valorizzazione del cibo locale. Tutti i piatti da noi provati sono stati di grande qualità. In conclusione, il soggiorno presso il Monastero è stato un'ottima esperienza di cui custodiremo sempre un piacevole ricordo: di certo prima o poi torneremo per trascorrere altri giorni! Grazie

Excellent hotel with a pool. Very nice deluxe room with a large outdoor space and view of the valley. Highly recommended in summer. Very good a la carte breakfast. A lot of picturesque villages around, e.g. Montepulciano, Montalcino etc. Cortona is apparently worthwhile to visit.

Nulla di particolare poca cura ai dettagli , arrivo davvero complicato molti ..troppi piccioni in piscina …poca cura dettagli…non particolarmente pulito troppo di passaggio non ho trovato valore aggiunto per essere un 5 stelle ! Devono avvisare che le strade sono così strette e comunque assistenza ai parcheggi giù che porta ospiti e bagagli senza stress all’hotel ‘n

Bellissimo Hotel 5*. Abbiamo trovato cordialità e professionalità. Bellissima suite con terrazzino. Ci siamo stati due notti. Lunch dopo l'arrivo. Un pò caro ma assolutamente nella norma per il tipo di Hotel. Servizio anche a colazione molto attento e curato. Ottimo aperitivo a bordo piscina. Hotel tranquillo e molto curato! NON abbiamo cenato in Hotel. Ciò che è comodo è il garage. L'hotel è leggermente fuori dal centro ma con una breve passeggiata (salita/discesa) ci si arriva benissimo. Il vecchio monastero è stato ristrutturato con grande cura per i dettagli: scelti bene e con colori dal bianco, al panna e legno. A noi è piaciuto molto. Sei mai tornassimo a Cortona, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Excellent experience!!! Very attentive staff in ALL areas. Room was beautiful!! Breakfast was outstanding!!! Spa space was amazing!!!! A few tight corners but well worth the drive!!!! Love, love, loved the stay!

This hotel is beautifully decorated/ staff are pleasant. We had a suite by the pool with access to the main pool. This is needed as there is no seating at the pool and no lounging allowed which is strange for a high end 5* hotel. There are some chairs that they use for breakfast & lunch / but it is strictly forbidden to use the grass area/ during our stay people resorted to laying on the concrete at the pool side itself! We had breakfast / which is very good. A set option is presented. Breakfast staff are very nice. Location is good / they have parking but you must book it. You need to be very fit to walk down into Cortona but especially back up the hill after your meal. We tried most of the restaurants in the town / we like the one outside the theatre. We didn’t eat at the hotel.

Prachtig klassevol hotel. Mooie kamers en wellness. Goed gelegen, op kleine wandelafstand van centrum van Cortona. Mooi klein zwembad met comfortabele ligzetels. Garage 25 eur/N. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Ophalen op Piazza Manzina. Lekker ontbijt à la carte.

A beautiful hotel, great location, and very attentive staff. The perfect retreat to stay when visiting this area. Expensive, but luxury is now ! Would recommend this hotel. Excellent breakfast, and parking in the garage is tight in a big car.
