Delusionant, it is not right to treat people like this and in all this we had a baby who, being allergic to wool, has been swept all night!

I have been in this hotel other times and I can confirm it is very good. Well maintained, clean, friendly and professional staff, large parking, comfortable rooms. Excellent and varied breakfast. Good location at short distance from the centre of Rende.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per una notte, attirati dalle foto. Le note positive sono: - location molto suggestiva - spazi interni molto curati - ottima cucina - camera spaziosa, pulita e ben organizzata Le note negative: - spazi esterni non curati. Presenza di erba alta, foglie secche, rimanenze di allestimenti sparsi e sigarette ovunque - spazi interni non climatizzati, quindi invivibili, come la palestra. Durante l'allenamento abbiamo chiesto di attivare l'aria condizionata, ma ci è stato detto che non era funzionante. - personale scarso (una barista, una receptionist e un cameriere) e non all'altezza di un relais di livello (la receptionist di sera diventa una cameriera, la barista si improvvisa responsabile della piscina, il ”direttore” non ha alcun potere decisionale) - la Camera era una junior suite con vista su un cantiere (a mezzo metro dalla finestra) in cui transitavano operai a lavoro. Nonostante la nostra rimostranza, la receptionist/cameriera ha fatto spallucce - l'illuminazione della stanza funziona con dei sensori malfunzionanti, pertanto siamo stati costretti a staccare la corrente per poter dormire al buio, in quanto le luci (blu) del bagno restavano accese. Ovviamente abbiamo dovuto rinunciare all'aria condizionata, nonostante i 40 gradi. - la colazione viene venduta a parte, alla modica cifra di €25,00 poiché la struttura si definisce ”Bio farm” ed oltre ad essere scarsa, viene anche presentata male. Prodotti non etichettati, in contenitori anonimi ed aperti (lasciati sul buffet anche di pomeriggio, al caldo e senza protezioni per gli insetti). Allergeni ed ingredienti non specificati. Si compone di fichi, pere, granola industriale, fette biscottate, succhi, prosciutto cotto e formaggio in fette quadrate, yogurt magro e qualche torta di cui non si specifica nemmeno il gusto. Al buffet mancava ogni tipo di stoviglia. Nemmeno le pensioni a una stella. - al momento del conto, nonostante avessimo segnalato i vari disagi al direttore, ci è stata richiesta la cifra intera. Solo su nostra lamentela ci è stato proposto dapprima un soggiorno in spa e successivamente uno sconto totale di €70 sui 340€ che avremmo dovuto pagare. L'esperienza nel complesso è stata negativa. Con gli stessi soldi si soggiorna in strutture serie.
