This hotel is well placed next to the beach and local bars and restaurants in Costa Adeje. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable, but dining in the main restaurant is like school dinner time, with tightly packed tables and queues at busy counters as you stand with your plate in hand. The worse things about our stay though were the terrible loungers next to the pool, (you must pay extra for a lounger cushion) and the deafening music EVERY night until midnight. Not getting to sleep until the early hours each day ruined our holiday. Complaining at Reception just resulted in shrugged shoulders. Do not stay here if you want peace and quiet.

This is our third stay at this wonderful hotel, can not fault it at all. All of the staff are so kind and helpful, rooms are so nice we went with TUI Holidays same again well looked after. Food and entertainment very good, can we give a mention to one of the waiters in the Imagine bar his name is Nelson what a credit to this hotel he moves around so quick taking orders we thought he was on roller skates. The check in was excellent thanks again to all the staff, including our made who kept or room so clean and tidy. See you all next February.

This is a large hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were on half board and this meant eating most meals in the buffet restaurant. Food was plentiful and varied, a little variable in quality. There was a disappointing lack of a variety of spanish specialities. The evening programme consisted of a singer, a tribute band and a DJ. There was a programme of activities during the day the stretching/yoga/ pilates was no always as the title suggested. aqua gym and volleyball were good, There was also pentanque, pingpong, archery and shooting and a reasonable gyn. Sunbeds were booked a couple of days in advance by an app. The pools were a reasonable temperature but not of suitable depth for fitness swimming. The hotel was very clean. The location was next to a good beach and with a walk along the prom in each direction. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tourist shops including clothes nearby but the hotel was not noisy.

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful hotel. Staff so hard working and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Tribute acts not so good but you're on holiday so does it matter. Lovely rooms kept very clean and tidy by housekeeping. Will certainly go again

We,re there now Location: very good , near shops bars etc for an afternoon drink out or evening stroll Hotel facilities; very good , lovely place , great gym , nice pools etc , room very good apart from the tea/coffee, we went out and bought our own Food, this is the let down , apart from anything being cooked by chefs , eg eggs at breakfast some meats and fish at dinner , everything else , vegetables, stews, pasta etc Luke warm at best , coffee and tea at breakfast the same, spoiled my experience of this hotel Could have done with a microwave , which some hotels have for those of us who like hot food

Fab hotel, our second visit would recommend. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel is very clean, pool area has plenty of sunbed. Food is great and bars comfortable with brilliant staff. We would stay again. Surrounding area has several bars and restaurants and a variety of shops. It's easy to walk and is reasonably flat. There were places to hire mobility type scooters in the area for anyone needing them

This is our second visit to this hotel & it won’t be our last. The hotel is clean & tidy the staff can’t do enough for you, there is a good choice of food, never a problem getting sun-beds, we enjoyed the entertainment & looking forward to returning
