The facilities are relatively old. Since there is a garden, ants and other insects are inevitable. The hotel that checked in early also upgraded the room type. The service staff was very enthusiastic.

Very friendly staff. Very nice, large room. Pleasant, quiet atmosphere. Extensive breakfast until 11am.
We were extremely satisfied. Also nicer than some other hotels in Adeje that we know.

A fantastic hotel, feels like in the Caribbean, spent one night in a “villa” with private jacuzzi- absolutely wonderful, especially with a sunset view. A good food in the pool
bar. The only issues - only one small pool with heated water and spa was for an extra charge (and was booked up)

Nothing to do with the move in two years ago
The breakfast quality is low. Although it is a villa, there are no bathrobes or slippers. We had to wait for the room and then walked to the villa with suitcases

We have just spent a week there. The hotel and staff are wonderful. Every area is beautiful and the staff can’t do enough for u. We upgraded to a suite it was fabulous. Not far from the bars and if u use the local transport eg the buses u can’t go wrong. Enjoyed every minute. I know it is on a hill but it is a gradual one so very accessible. We can’t recommend this enough if u want a beautiful hotel and staff then give this a go.
