would have been good for a couple, but we needed an extra bed, which was a pull out sofa rather than a single. Without question it was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on let alone tried to sleep on. Even the kids who weigh nothing could not lie on it due to the bits of wood sticking out. The double bed did not have a topper on it, so it was like sleeping on springs. In the end we made a bed up a slept on the floor. I get the notion of a stripped back hotel, but the one thing you can’t get wrong are the beds. It’s the only thing we booked for! Such a shame as the hotel is otherwise great. The staff have been v friendly and everything is incredibly clean and as it should be. Only other tiny point is that there is no tea or coffee in rooms, but I’m guessing that’s a company thing

Welcomed by a really helpful staff member who gave us a map and pointed out restaurants and places of interest. He also found us an electric fan for the room as the weather was gloriously hot! Room small but clean and functional. Breakfast varied and tasty. No problems at all with our 3 night stay. We paid extra for secure parking which was well worth the money.

Inadmissible ! Nous avons réservé via le site officiel accor hôtel une nuit pour deux personnes à Saint-Brieuc et avons reçu un appel du directeur hystérique quelques minutes plus tard... Apparemment, le prix de la nuitée n'était pas assez élevé pour la saison ! (80€ pour information.) En quoi sommes-nous responsables des prix proposés par un site de réservation quelconque ? Comment un professionnel, dans ce cas le directeur d'une chaîne d'hôtel de standing connue, peut-il avoir un tel comportement ? Nous sommes choqués par ce manque de professionnalisme et restons dans une incompréhension totale ! Les bugs internes ne sont pas de notre responsabilité au sens très large... L'hôtellerie, plus largement le commerce et enfin l'humanité peut très largement se passer de ce genre de dérive improbable. Merci par avance de régulariser de toute urgence ! Une journée de vacances gâchées par le stress, la déception et la tristesse engendrés par ce type de péripéties inutiles, puériles et surtout sans aucun sens !??!!!! Devant cette situation délirante nous avons annulés tout simplement notre séjour à Saint-Brieuc ! Avec un peu de compassion (on est vraiment trop sympas...) : Le Burnout n'est jamais loin... Prenez des vacances !!

A well-decorated and renovated hotel very recently. Good welcome. Personal and available. The room is spacious in the quiet courtyard. Quality bedroom. Great shower room. Les deux accusations à faire sont le manque de ventilation dans la chambre et donc une chaleur excessive la nuit et l'absence de magasins dans la salle de bain. Possibilité d'avoir de l'eau à l'accueil et des magasins. Petit déjeuner classique servi en buffet

Reception staff is outstanding especially the wonderful lady I was chatting to who used to live in Spain and loved music. She was outstanding and made me feel really at home there. It also came across how much she loved dinan thank you. Rooms large and comfortable. The only thing needed is air con as we were really hot one night. We asked for a fan and it came to room immediately. It has a lovely lounge area and when we returned at night we often had a nightcap. Very relaxing. Breakfast is small but nice. A baguette each and croissant with jam. Juice, hot drink...cereal..yogurts...eggs. it was very pleasant for 13 euros even if small. We enjoyed it and the bread is really tasty. We would stay again. Location excellent
