We stayed at Villa Ekabo from February 14 to 24. Unfortunately our stay turned into a nightmare when they let someone into one of our rooms to steal money. 300,000 CFA as well as 150 euros. Instead of helping us, the owner, Mrs. Grace, decided to yell at my mother, then the accountant decided to yell at me in turn. When we asked to call the police, the person at reception told us that he was not authorized to call them…unimaginable. We therefore decided to file a complaint with the police ourselves with the help of a friend! Due to the knowledge of a friend, the police came to the site the following day. From that day on we suffered threats and very poor service from the employees! The owner thinks she is untouchable because she lives in France. A complaint will be filed against her for false advertising. The Belgian embassy is aware and will follow the matter closely! For your own safety, go your own way. The end of our vacation was ruined due to their incessant threats
