Great stay in Cottonwood! The house was clean, comfortable, and had amazing vibes. The location was perfect, close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. The highlight was definitely the beautiful duck pond right by the house. Such a special place. Highly recommended!

It was nice waking up to the Sunrise over the pond. Very clean and stocked well. Stairs up to the loft were quite steep and inconsistent heights. Had to be very careful.

It was a great place to stay with quick access to Sedona, at a much better price. We had an issue with the TV upstairs and contacted the owner. Within a very short period of time, she sent someone over and they resolved the issue and had us enjoying our evening movie in no time. Highly recommend!
