We had a lovely stay here at Jackson hotel we were here to celebrate our wedding anniversary we got married here 6 years ago here, we had a lovely dinner and relaxing time in the pool was a lovely stay the staff was lovely and friendly,looking forward to returning again

The room we stayed it was lovely and loads of space. Very clean. Pool is a great size and my wee girl loved it. My wee is a picky eater and the staff were very helpful with this. My wee is very chatty and all the staff took the time to chat to her. And it made her very happy. 😊. Can wait to stay again.

Fantastic place from start to finish in line with the Santa experience. First class throughout, although one point is the big hall where they have the shows at night was very big and cold, and the movie wasn't great for the audience of 5 year olds lol - the staff try so hard here and it shows. They made the santa experience wonderful for us, I would love to go this year and relax there again :)

Staff were very welcoming. I emailed ahead with a room request and we got a beautiful family room, lots of space for the four of us, with super comfy beds and lovely modern bathroom. Food in the evenings was delicious...deserts to die for!! Bar was busy but the wait staff were attentive and friendly. My daughter celebrated her 12th birthday while we were there and the staff were lovely to her...she got a little box of chocolates on arrival which made her weekend. Woods located beside hotel was perfect to get outside and enjoy nature. Molly and Bojo at reception were excellent. Overall had a lovely stay.

We recently stayed in this hotel with a group of u17 girls soccer team....the staff were so kind and went out of their way to meet our needs and accomodate our group..nothing was too much trouble.the hotel facilities were great, and food delicious and good value. Thank you to everyone involved.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff from when we arrived until we checked out. Lovely atmosphere in hotel, clean and tidy. Rooms very spacious, clean but ours needed a bit updating. It didn’t take away from our stay! Really enjoyed breakfast choices and evening meals were tasty. All staff very friendly and chatty! Will definitely be back!

Booked a 3 night for the price of 2 special. Everything was perfect. Breakfast delicious and great selection of food in the bar. The garden was a treat to sit in and have a few drinks. Staff were very friendly. Value for money was excellent. We'll definitely be back

Had a recent terrific 3 day stay to celebrate Wed Anniv. in exactly same location, a mere 50yrs ago! Enjoyed a great celebratory meal in the restaurant using same menu choices as way back then. Different bill tho! Well worth it however. Have to say the management and staff were terrific and couldn't do enough to support the entire party during our stay. Made very welcome with typical but outstanding Donegal hospitality and craic. Be back very soon without doubt.

Stayed for just one night but will definitely go back. Staff were extremely friendly(especially reception) helpful and professional. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. They had 2 weddings on they night we stayed and we never heard any noise. I would highly recommend Jacksons Hotel
