Pros- Room was spacious compare to any other hotel in Paris. Convenience for a family of four. A few metro stations away from Paris around 15-20min journey. The nearest metro station, Esplanade Metro is just 5 minutes walk from the lobby and cost around €2.10 for a single trip to Paris- charles de gaule etoile, auber and etc. Cons- if you are booking Uber/ Bolt, make sure to select Ibis Hotel or Novotel Hotel La Defense. A few drivers have difficulties to find this hotel entrance.

It’s not close to tourist sites, but conveniently located next to a metro station which can get to the city Centre in c.25min. The room is in decent size and equipped with kitchen. Overall great value for money.

Very cold and nice try to apartment

I went to Paris to watch the Olympics in 2024. I searched for a five-star hotel on Ctrip.com and made a reservation and payment. I checked in in August 2024. I think it is far from the five-star standard announced by Ctrip online. The bathroom door lock cannot be closed and the equipment is old and shabby. The attached photos are for proof. Other hotels in Paris have posted their star standards at the door. The attached photos are for proof. This Fraser Court has no public announcement. My expectations: 1) Ctrip.com will re-evaluate the hotel's grade and invite guests who have stayed in the past three months to complete a questionnaire, and temporarily remove the five-star standard. 2) If there are other consumers who feel that the hotel does not meet the five-star standard and is suspected of fraud after checking in, they are willing to testify when we report it to the relevant domestic departments. Avoid Chinese consumers feeling uncomfortable when staying abroad. I suggest that domestic consumers choose internationally certified standards when booking European five-star hotels (the yellow five-star logo in the attached picture)

The apartment is relatively old, but the sanitation is OK. If you have a car, it is not far from anywhere. The parking lot is a bit roundabout. It is worth considering if you are doing business or if you don't need to go downstairs to the tourist attractions.

The establishment deserves a refresh for a so-called 5 star rating. Unable to close the shutters Torn sheet etc,,,,

The overall facilities are old. Although it is in the high-tech district of Paris, the air conditioner cannot be heated up and it is freezing! But it's so close to Jay Chou's concert venue, so I don't think so, but the five-star rating doesn't mean it's three stars!

Clean, convenient transportation, good service, and very cost-effective. Except that the bath water is a little small, everything else is very good.
