Very pleasant stay.. pub restaurant offered info on food allergies. Food was great. Rooms (I rebooked) were great, bath and shower that actually did what they said… no getting soaked trying to turn on shower. As a single female traveller, felt safe. Will rebook next visit . Staff are friendly and helpful.

Was overall an ok visit but room for improvement. Visited with my family. Order via the greenking app, and a lot of food items were unavailable, which was very annoying. Decor and cleanliness need attention as walls dirty, menus dirty, and seating ripped. When ordering drinks from the bar, staff members were sat on stools behind the bar and came across that i was an inconvenience ordering drinks. Food was the best part of the visit.

Ok but not excellent A rather basic room attached to a green king pub showing its age and needing some repairs. Ok for sleeping for one night. Food was available in the pub but we didn't take advantage Plenty of free parking

Room 11.. although the room is adequate & clean very spacious and beds are comfatable minus a couple issues with heating not working and the bath having rust in, but if you actually like sleep and dont mind noise youll be hearing lorries and cars zooming past all night sounding like thunder not impressed as up in 2 hours for a wedding, I know its no fault of theirs but being part of a bridal party which is booked for here too this has been an awful night sleep not one im going to be thankful for, before a big day of being bridesmaid and having to get up so early with a not so well rested night. Glad i havent booked another night. I dont reccomend staying in number 11 if you want to actually sleep with out the sound of lorries/cars thundering all night.

One to avoid
Room was very noisy due to nearby major road junction. Family room felt a bit dark and dingy. TV didn't work, had no reception so couldn't get many channels and those it did get were unwatchable. Pub was nice, but the food was only average and didn't live up to expectations. We were glad we were only staying one night.
