The whole room was nasty I had to go to the office about my bed sheets being nasty. The phone didn’t work an the toilet seat was broke. The refrigerator was dirty an the room smelled like **** never again. Plus they didn’t have the voucher for the room an they said they don’t do pay pal so it took awhile before I got the room after I had already paid for it.

Had to call someone to Meet me at the desk, gave me a room with someone in it, tried to call with no answer. Finally called back and took forever to get us a room. Table fell over, doors came off hinges. Very dirty.

I tried very hard to make the best of this hotel but unfortunately I would not recommend and we left before staying overnight. There were quite a few bugs crawling on the walls, burn holes in the comforter on the bed, the kitchen area was not clean including the burners and the inside/outside of the fridge. Not to mention check-in was 3:00 but we couldn’t get into our room until 5:00…because they were cleaning it? The toilet paper was wet on the side with a lot of discoloration which we were told was the “die from the packaging”(but why was it ok to offer TP wet in the first place?) Our non-smoking room also smelled very much like smoke. The gentleman at the desk was kind but this establishment could use lots of cleaning and insect treatments before being offered to travelers.

Everyone was very nice at the hotel. It was peaceful and convenient travel to our destination from there.

Fight almost broke out at beginning of stay with random guy and front desk room was dirty smelled like cigarettes bugs everywhere

Cockroaches,dirty room, no shower curtain, lock didn't work

Roaches and the room was sticky, had to get raid and Clorox wipes.

Only stayed because of price. It really should be advertised as hotel. Only stayed because in budget. There were roaches. The laundry area doesn’t work. The long term residents that stay there are not clean. I can tell the staff does the best that it can. Owner needs to address cleanliness. Cheap flooring in rooms

I booked a room here on our way down to Florida yesterday because my daughter and friend wanted to see the town. I don’t even know what to say about the hotel. It is by far the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathroom is figuring and has filth and what appears to be mold on the walls, the fridge is dirty, the floor is dirty, the room smells horrible and the safety arm on door is broken off and I could barely get the deadbolt locked. I would like a full refund-
