We stayed at this hotel with our son's sport team. The staff present was extremely friendly. However, the hotel is outdated and has a lot of items that needs repair. The elevator was broken, the door to the pool was broken, the air condition to the lobby was broken, our room door did not full lock we had to use a hanger to secure the door. All the room key readers stop working during our stay so we were not allowed to full shut our doors if we wanted to get back in unless someone was in the room to let us back in. There was bad odors coming from all of our rooms and hallway. Some of us was offered a refund and some were not. Even if we wanted a refund the entire city was booked up so there would have been no where for us to go.

The elevators were out of service - how is it that all elevators are out of service at the same time???? In addition to the elevators being out, my room backed up to the stairwell which means I heard everyone going up and down that stairwell. The room smelled musty (like old shoes). The only thing that was decent was the check in and out staff and the breakfast. Everything else was a thumbs down

We were stuck in elevator the first day then they closed it for the rest of the stay. The ice machine on third floor wasn’t working & we are in our late seventy’s!

Geeah was absolutely awesome. The host who is there in the mornings and covers the breakfast station was amazing. The professionalism and hospitality was outstanding. I felt safe. There were cameras in the hallways and on the elevator. Breakfast was provided. We could access the coffee and hot water all day. I would choose this hotel again. It’s near everything. Copeland’s, Walmart isn’t far, Starbucks is close and the list goes on.
