Good hotel. Nice staff. Try to keep coffee full at front that is only ask. Bathrooms old but room is nice

On the side of the highway, I didn't expect to come across such an elegant town and such an unexpected hotel. Very clean and refreshing. The facilities are new and the service is good, except that the scale is smaller and has a five-star standard.

Cherry was out bartender and every kind and professional. After a long day of work, it was nice to relax and have a room to myself that is nice and clean. Cherry also made sure my company's drinks were good and made sure we had a good time that night. Fantastic service

Cherry is the best bartender ever! She pays attention to each customer, annd anttemds to everyone genuinely. Outstanding service!! The room was great at comfortable I’ll definitely be back here the next visit for sure. The atmosphere is great!

The people were all amazing and welcoming. HI and HIE have easy peasy check in/out procedures.
I’d def use HIE over just the Inn from now on.
This place smelled like funky feet and there was some grime in the corners, a spot of unfixed leaky ceiling, and the bathroom was super small. BUT. I enjoyed my stay and would say it’s still a place to stay out- but there’s a brand. Holiday inn express across the street.

Everything was excellent, place was clean, modern and the staff was super nice and professional. Bed was comfortable, slept well. Only small complaint was that the TV was from like 2002 and didn't have a guide or any easy way to search. Luckily we weren't in the room much and didn't watch a much TV. Still 5 star worthy though.

The hotel is pretty and its close by everything. When we arrived at our room it was Super hot the battery in the ac had went out. We called downstairs and they came right up and fixed it. We were really impressed with the hot water being consistent at all times. There were three of us in the room and when we took showers back to back everybody had hot hot hot water. That's a A++++++ in our book. Most hotels don't have that. I do wish housekeeping would've made sure the shower floor was clean. I had to go in and clean it because it was dirty and they didn't leave us an extra roll of toilet paper. Other than that the stay was Excellent.
